Ashton's POV (woah new POV)

Staying in the worthless adoption house without Jayden has been shit. I can't have fun, unless if I'm FaceTiming her, which is basically never, since she is always with Frank or working with her Dad, but other than that, Ms. Jackson is kind of the same. Still a really mean old-ish lady. But, I'M 18 NOW, SO I'M OUT OF THIS HELL HOLE!!!! I can finally live my life the way I want to with no fake mother, no rules, just laws, but they are laws so I will basically never break those, hopefully.

I'm using the little money I have to take a bus to Jayden. She gave me her address a long time ago, so hopefully I will remember.

Getting on the already crowded bus, I instantly felt claustrophobic and needed to get away from the noises and all the chaos. I grab my earbuds and turn on Black Veil Brides, on of my personal favorites. I remember back at the adoption house, Jayden and I would blast "Heart of Fire" and everyone could hear it. We would just laugh off their warnings and kept it on, not a care in the world.

Those were the good days.

Looking out the window, I instantly get lost in Andy's voice screaming and the guitars and drums rolling in the background. How cool would it be to get to meet Black Veil Brides? Pretty sick if you ask me. I would probably scream until I could no longer scream, than have Andy scream for me while Jinxx plays the piano or some crazy shit like that. It would just be awesome.

I apparently lost track of time because before I knew it, about 20 songs has gone by, and I was welcomed to the small town just outside of Jayden's neighborhood. I got off the bus and kept my earbuds in, the music drowning out the other sounds of the small busy shops and streets. Okay, let's see. I don't have a damn clue where I am going, but I do know that I am outside her neighborhood. I totally forgot her address, but that's why we have phones. HA I'M SO SMART.

Ashton- JAYDEN I NEED YOUR ADDRESS AGAIN

Jayden- WHY

Oh, that's right. She doesn't know I'm visiting her. I only got her address once when I sent her a package of band merch. And being dumb, I never wrote it down at all.

Ashton- IM SENDING ANOTHER PACKAGE OF GOOODIEEES

Jayden- OH YAYYAYAYAYAY

The address came up in my inbox after that last message and I just laughed at her always positive attitude. Okay, so I definitely know that I'm close because an opening in the shops appears just ahead of me. I continue to walk in that direction and observe the places around her neighborhood. There is a coffee shop, a small book store, salon, furniture store, yoga. Damn, there is a lot of stuff here. I need to live here. It's so tiny and quiet and Jayden lives here and it's just so damn cool.

I walk into the entrance gates of Jayden's neighborhood and look around. It looks like your basic two-story house neighborhood, but on crack. Each house has a yard the size of Brendon Urie's forehead and the houses are as large as my ego. This is the greatest neighborhood ever. I can see why My Chemical Romance lives here. They are literally loaded vampires.

I finally find Jayden's house, and it's probably the biggest house in this neighborhood. The yard is so clean and everything just looks perfect. I slowly walk up the driveway, preparing myself for Jayden to body slam me when she opens the door. I take a deep breath and knock four times. Four because that's my lucky number and always will be. UGH WHY ISN'T ANYONE ANSWERING I'M PANICING. Maybe I have the wrong house. Oh my gosh, I just walked up to some random ass house and knocked on their door four times. They probably think I'm a creepy emo boy for doesn't have friends and wants to kill them. I'm so dumb why-

The door suddenly opens and Jayden's face appears from behind it. She looks confused then shocked, then starts crying. "Ashton!" She screams and gives me a body slamming hug.

"Hey Jay." I whisper to her, tears in both of our eyes.

I KNOW THIS IS A REALLY REALLY CRAPPY UPDATE BUT I NEEDED TIME TO THINK ABOUT WHAT TO WRITE AND ALL THAT JAZZ SO IT TOOK A WHILE.
