I pushed my way through the crowd, following close behind Alysha, my fingers lightly grasping hers so we wouldn't lose each other in the throngs of people. My eyes were focused on the ground, trying to remain as inconspicuous as possible. Alysha stopped suddenly and I ran into her back, a low oof escaping my mouth. I looked up to see that she had managed to pull us to the middle of the hoard of people, giving us a perfect view of the stage.

The room suddenly came alive with a loud roar, the crowd screaming as the band took the stage. Alysha and I both yelled excitedly as the sound of Tony's guitar began swirling around us. I cupped my hands around my mouth, attempting to project my enthusiastic squeals, but they mixed in with the others. Vic rushed out and approached his mic stand and wrapped his hands around the mic as his voice flowed through the speakers. My heart began beating wildly at the sight of him; I had the perfect view from where I was standing, packed like sardines among their fans.

It had been my idea to venture out into the crowd for the show rather than standing at the side of the stage with the crew; I had wanted to see his face, watch the passion that emanated from him as he performed.

His face scanned the crowd as his fingers worked feverishly at his guitar and by some miracle his eyes found mine. I hollered again, even louder this time, and the corners of his mouth turned up as he gave me a wink. The young girls who were pressed against the barricade went wild, undoubtedly thinking the gesture was meant for them, but it didn't bother me. He was mine, all mine, and I knew it.

The timing of our reunion was not ideal; the band left for tour a mere week after we decided to give 'us' another try, and we spent the first month of our relationship apart. I had missed him immensely, the daily phone calls and constant texting not enough to appease me, and I had finally decided that an impromptu weekend trip to see my traveling band man was in order. Alysha had decided to tag along and so far it had been everything I had so desperately wanted and needed.

Alysha and I remained in the crowd for the majority of the set, dancing and singing along. We had managed to attract the attention of only a few fans, who had had sauntered over and shyly asked for pictures, to which we both obliged. As the guys returned to the stage for their encore we slipped out of the crowd and back to the green room to await them. Alysha poured herself another drink and I listened with amusement as she gushed at how sexy Mike looked sitting behind his drums.

It wasn't long before we heard exited chatter approaching from the stage, the four men filing into the room one by one. Vic rushed towards me, a mischievous grin spread across his face, and he pulled me into his arms, peppering my neck with sloppy kisses.

"Vic!" I squealed as I tried to wiggle away from his sweaty body. He laughed and held me tighter and I eventually gave up, not that I had been trying that hard to escape; I was more than content to be in his arms. He removed his lips from my neck and I shivered at the loss of contact, but moments later his lips were engulfing mine. A sigh escaped my mouth as I deepened the kiss, my fingers tangling through the ends of his damp hair.

"Get a room!" Jaime shouted, tossing an empty water bottle in our direction. My eyes snapped open at the realization that we weren't alone, and a deep shade of red spread across my face, Vic laughing obnoxiously at my embarrassment.

The guys took advantage of the multiple showers in the venue, changing their clothes and helping to pack up their gear before we all made our way out into the night. Alysha and I continued to the bus as they hung behind to sign autographs for the adoring fans that had gathered.

I collapsed on the couch, the intensity of that kiss replaying in my mind. I must've been smiling like an idiot because Alysha giggled.

"Happy looks good on you, Sadie," she said sweetly as I lolled my head to the side, catching her glance.

"It feels good."

After an hour had passed the bus door swung open, Matt ushering the band inside. Jaime retreated to the back lounge to call his girlfriend, Tony ducking into his bunk to do the same. Mike collapsed on the couch next to Alysha, draping his arm over her shoulders and pulling her close.

"You hungry?" Vic asked me. He was standing across from me, leaning against the counter, a sly smile playing at his lips. I opened my mouth to respond but my stomach answered for me, growling loudly at the mention of food. The three of them chuckled and I shook my head. "C'mon, let's eat," he said, reaching his hand out to me. I took it graciously, rising to my feet as he interlaced his fingers with mine, leading me to the door. "We'll be back." Mike nodded, turning his attention to Alysha.

We only made it a short distance down the sidewalk before a few more fans approached. Vic took pictures, signed autographs, and chatted with the young girls, all while keeping a tight grip on my hand.

"You're girlfriend is very beautiful, Vic," one of the girls murmured. I blushed, feeling slightly uncomfortable the statement, even though it wasn't meant to bring about that reaction.

Vic squeezed my hand, pulling me into his side. "Yeah, she is, isn't she?"
