dear diary,

i turned down hwanwoo's
invite to his party to
meet daniel and see the
countdown together. it's
so romantic to spend
the last second of 2014,
and the first second of
2015, with someone you
love right? it's my dreams
to countdown to a new
year with someone special.

as i'm writing now, i'm at
starbucks, waiting for
daniel's arrival. i'm still
waiting, hoping he will
show up in a surprise.
it's almost midnight soon,
yet he's not arriving.
i'm so anxious. is he
standing up on me?
why isn't he replying.
now it's 1155, sighs
i guess i look so pathetic
here, alone. the people
surrounding me are
couples. i should have
just went to hwanwoo's
party huh? oh, it's
almost time.

i took pictures, it was
beautiful. the fireworks
looks beautiful in the
picture. but it would've
been more beautiful
if there were the
special person
in the same frame.

the couples around me
are kissing one another.
ah, they better not make out
here i'm so disgusted. or
am i jealous? sighs,
i'm one year older now.
