dear diary,

daniel initiated a conversation.
we have not been talking for a
long time, but i didnt want to
talk to him ever since that
incident. ever since he said
he didn't actually like me.
and that i should be skinnier.

today, after school,
he was walking me home
and i fell in love again.
not that i stopped loving
him in the first place.

"sorry about the harsh words
i wrote on your diary. they
didn't know i had a thing
for you, and i was too
shy to tell them or
they'll tease me
like crazy. you know
i don't mean all the words

can you be my girlfriend?"

i said yes.

we held hands as we
walked to my house.
