Clearly it has been stated that poor Jane was too weak and young to fight back against the fourteen-year-old. Plus, if you read further you will find that- but I won't spoil. I bet you won't read any further than this, as you are probably nothing more than the simpletons who read this for extra credit, but in the interest of any future readers who actually care about the story, I won't say anymore. I apologize to those who truly want to read this.
