Cat's POV

I removed my self from Harry's arms and dried my tear soaked cheeks. Well that didn't go as planned. I planned on coming in here, apologizing, then hugging it out and leaving. But naturally, that's not how it went.

After I calmed myself down, Harry decided we needed to do something to brighten the mood. And since Harry had had us called in sick today, we had the entire day to 'lift our spirits'.

"Go get dressed and meet me down stairs in 15." Harry chirped as he nudged me in the direction of Jen and Gemma's room.

I was unsure what to do since 1) I didn't have any close to change into and 2) Harry was probably stripping down as we speak. So naturally I sat down on the floor and patiently waited for the sound of Harry's door creaking open.

A few minutes later there was a gentle knock on my, well Gemma's, door.

"You can come in." I stayed cross legged on the floor while Harry walked in with a Rolling Stone's t shirt and a pair of plant skinny jeans on.

"You're not ready." He frowned, taking note as I got up that I was in fact still in the clothes he gave me last night.

"I didn't have any to change into." tucking the hair behind my ears, I gazed up into his questioning look.

A smile crossed his face before he held up a finger and left the room. He returned not sooner than he left with a Led Zeppelin t shirt and a pair of sweatpants, followed by a clean pair of boxers.

"I figured my jeans would be to big on you so you can borrow these," His arm extended and handed me the bundle of clothes.

I was grateful that he brought me fresh under wear, not because I wet my self or anything from that crying episode but because I never liked sitting in the same underwear for 2 days straight. I gave him a quick hug, silently thanking him for everything he's done for me, which he seemed to understand and I then shooed him out of the room.

I emerged a few minutes later with an over sized band t shirt on and a pair of sweatpants. I nodded at his sitting figure next to the door I just came out of. He immediately stood up to his full height.

"Ready?" He questioned. When I nodded, he turned and started down the stairs. I followed close behind.

We sat in the absence of speech for a solid 10 minutes until I decided to speak up, " Where are we going?" This thought was constricting my mind.

"Well before the fun starts I actually have to go grocery shopping so hopefully you can help me with that." I assumed that by the smirk on his face, we weren't doing any ordinary shopping. But I nodded and glanced out the window while the music of the radio filled the silenced car.

"We have this event going on all day at one of the fields in town," Harry's voice broke the comfortable silence in the car, "It's called 'Paint the People' and basically it's a huge paint fight, so I figured we could start out with that and then see where the day takes us."

I smiled and nodded, seems like it would be fun. A few minutes later, we pulled into a Walmart parking lot. I struggled to keep up with Harry's fast pace while his eyes were on the clothing section.

"We'll need something white," He turned around and noticed that it took me a while to catch up. My head still hurt after all. "Sorry" he mumbled with a smile that was one of sympathy.

"You pick out mine and I'll pick out yours. I'm a large in the shirts and I'm not sure what I am in pants," he chuckled running his fingers through his hair.

"I'm a small in shirts and a 5 in pants," and with that we both left to look for whatever we though suited the occasion best.

I looked up and down the rows of clothing, settling on a plain white T shirt. Moving on to pants, I went and found a pair of white shorts which I assumed would be to cold for but it was a relatively sunny day for a late autumn season so hey why not right? As I was walking out to find Harry, a white bandana with the stereotypical pattern caught my eye so I grabbed two of them and made my way to the juniors section of the store.

Harry held at least five shirts in his hand and his faces displayed that of contemplation over a pair of white short shorts.

"Don't think too hard now," I laughed as he jumped.

"I couldn't decide on which one so maybe you can yeah?" His large hands piled the shirts onto my small arms while I have him his wardrobe.

"I'll be back in a minute," I said and off to the dressing rooms I went.
