The next morning my shift was finished and I wasn't sure back I work for 24 hours. When I left the hospital I saw Joshua sanding close by smoking. I crossed my fingers hoping he wouldn't notice me but it was just my luck, he did.
"Hello Gorgeous fancy seeing you here" Joshua smiled coming over to me. All I wanted was for him to go away and leave me alone but as I began to walk off he grabbed my arm
"Get off me Joshua, I left you two and half years ago and I don't what anything to do with you!" I said pulling my arm away and continued to walk off while being followed by Joshua. I picked up my pace and made it home but Joshua was still following me. I ran to my door and unlocked it, locking when I got inside. I was frightened and it was pretty obvious.
"Come on Kennedy let me in, we need to talk" Joshua's voice spoke making me role my eyes.
"No we don't need to talk" I responded in more of a shout than a normal voice
"I'm sorry alright, I'm sorry for hurting you. I've never stopped loving you Kennedy, your the one I've always wanted to spend my life with, the one I wanted a family with" Joshua spoke, it was obvious a lie.
"Well I don't love you, the man I love is dead, he's never going to get to see his children grow up and that's all because of lowlifes like you" I snapped through the door hoping he would leave but I heard him out their still.
"Please just let me in so we can talk" Joshua knocked I simply ignored him. I went into my room and changed into a pair of leggings and a cropped top before going and making myself a cuppa. Unlocked my flat door to go and get my post in when in realised everything had gone quite outside the flat but I was wrong, I opened the door and was pushed back in and Joshua pushed his way in.
"Can't you see I love you" Joshua smiled standing in front of my door.
"Can't you see I don't" I shouted running into my room and shutting myself in, he was now scaring me and I didn't want him to get back to hurting me, I've already put myself and the twins in danger.

Bro he's here. Joshua is in my flat. I've locked myself in my room but he's still out their. He followed me home - Kx

I put my phone down and leant against the door hearing Joshua's voice talking
"Come on Kennedy, come back to mine instead of sitting here in your tiny flat. I can help you bring your baby's up?" Joshua smiled. I shook my head even though he couldn't here me
"No Joshua! I'm having these baby's and bringing them up on my own. You can get lost or ill call the police" I shouted knowing I won't have to since my older brother is coming.
"I thought i told you to stay away from my sister!" I heard Iain's voice shout at Joshua.
"I'm here to sort things out. She's the on over exaggerating" I heard a response from my Ex.
"Leave now. Kennedy doesn't need you in her life she's got twins on the way and she needs what's best for them and that is not you" I heard my brother sticking up for me.
"Fine I'll leave but I'll be back and next time you won't be here to save your precious little sister" Joshua spoke and I could immediately tell he was smirking. I waited a few minutes before before moving what I had in front of my door and opening it.
"Your safe now, he's gone" Iain spoke softly as I ran over to him and hugged him
"Thank you thank you" I cried, damn hormones.
"Hey listen you don't need to thank me. I'm your big brother and will always be here for you" Iain spoke softly again making sure I was alright.
"Okay, I've got to get back to work. Are you sure your going to be alright? If you want I'll come back later" Iain then speaks and I nodded slowly
"I'll be alright, I've got essays to write and house work to catch up on. You don't have to come back later" I smiled still in Iain's embrace.
"If your sure. I'll text you later okay Kens" my older brother asks and I nod seeing him off before locking myself into my flat not bothering to go and get the posts in now. I was still worried Joshua was around and he would hurt me and the twins. I curled up on the sofa and let the tears role down my cheeks. I must have been curled up for a good hour when my phone rings, it was a unknown number. I let it ring and ring untill it finally stopped.
I finally began writing my essay when my phone stopped ringing and managed to complete one and a half essays when 8pm soon came round and their was all of a sudden a knock at the door, I looked to the door as if I could see through walls which obviously I can't.
"Kens it's only me!" I heard Iain's voice call from the other side of the door. I got up off the sofa
"Sorry I didn't answer sooner, I thought you were Joshua" I spoke answering the door smiling to my brother.
"It's alright. I brought Chinese, treat you after everything" smiled my brother making me smile too
"Your the best big brother in the whole world" I smiled hugging him and kissed his cheek like I've always done
"Aren't you sweet" Iain jokes making me laugh. We sat watching the television while eating Chinese before Iain left and went home and I grabbed myself a shower and went to bed after a dramatic day.
