Chapter 10 ; World apart

"It's not what you think Sean"
"Clara, how could you do this to me" Sean said as he fell on his knees.
"One minute, I was pretending to hate you because I wanted to surprise you. I won two tickets to the Moonlight concert, (the band concert that I've been dying to go to) and the next minute your kissing this hideous freak?".

I felt so stupid watching him. I looked back at Drake's face and I could see that he also felt bad for me.

" I'm so sor-" I was interrupted by Sean.
"Just keep your apology to yourself Clara, I don't need it" Drake said as he stormed off, throwing the tickets in the air angrily.
I must say that I've never seen Sean so angry before. What have I done? I kept saying to myself. Drake, on the other hand, just stood there watching.
"At least you still got the tickets" Drake said as he smirked.
"What???"
"Don't play dumb, its not as if you didn't like what I did" he replied
I must say I loved what he did but Sean knows and he's mad at me. I wish I could reverse the time
"You, you" I said angirly. I couldn't make out the words in my mouth. I just kept saying "you" and he laughed. After a while, I just ignored him. I ran back inside, but I couldn't find Sean.
"Dang it, he left" I said.
"He has a right to, you know" I heard someone say behind me. I was shocked, because I thought someone else had found out, but when I turned back, it was Drake. He was holding a glass cup full of wine.
"Just stay out of this"
" Alright beautiful, if you say so"
"And stop calling me that" I said. I was using a high pitch tone this time on him.
"Whatever you say sweet cakes"
"Unbelievable!" I said as I rolled my eyes. I walked away from him.
Allie and Tracy were having a good time. I could see that Tracy was totally hooked by a cute guy. They were talking at the other side of the bar. The place wasn't so noisy so I'm sure that's why they sat at the bar.

I had to get some sleep. I was too tired to dance or sit and watch others do what I would have done, so I just left the party. As I was leaving, someone held my hand. I turned back and saw that Allie was wearing a pale face.
"Where Are You Going" I heard her say.
"I'm just feeling a little bit tired. I'll see you tomorrow"
"But the party hasn't even started yet" She paused and then she continued " Did something bad happen between you and Sean, because I saw him leaving and he wasn't happy"
"It's nothing Allie". For the first time in my life, I'm hiding something from my best friend;Allie. " I'm sorry Allie, I can't let anyone know about this" I said in my mind.
"Hello Clara, what's wrong with you?". I then realised that I was staring straight at Allie's eyes.
" oh I'm sorry, nothing happened. I'm just gonna go, still tired". I knew she was still going to stop me, so I didn't wait for her reply. I left and went to my room, feeling bad for myself
