Months went by and everything was falling into place. I was falling for Vic more and more. One day I decided it was time for my mom to met him. I asked him to come over and have dinner with us. I was so nervous, because I was afraid on how my little siblings were going to act. I was hoping they wouldn't act too childish. My mom on the other hand was freaking out, because not only was I bringing Vic over for the first time, mom had finally met a guy and she had invited him over as well. It was gonna be our first time meeting him too. I was getting ready, when my mom walked into my room. Wow did she look beautiful. She was wearing a blue and black dress that stopped at her knees. It hugged her body just right and it brought out her eyes. "How do I look?" She said sounding all worried. "I'm so nerves about you guys meeting Frank. He such a good guy. I really hope you like him as much as I do. She said as she opened my door yelling at my brother and sister. Julio and Alexis, you guys better be on your best behaviour for Frank and.. Um oh yeah Vic" she said looking at me chuckling. I smiled at her "you look beautiful mom, I'm so happy for you. I hope he makes you as happy as dad did." I said kind of frowning.

I looked away so my mom didn't noticed. The thought of having a new dad popped up in my mind. My mom must of read my mind cause she said "Oh hunny, he really does make me happy, but no one can ever make me feel as good as your father did. No one can ever replace him." I looked at her and smiled as she walked out the room. I decided to leave my hair natural which is curly. It feel down to my hips. I wore my panic at the disco T-shirt and dark blue skinnies, with my black toms. I looked in the mirror checking myself when I heard the doorbell ring. I ran down the stairs, so I can answer the door before anyone else. I opened the door, hoping it was Vic.

As I opened the door I was shocked to see this random stranger standing on my door steps. He was kind of tall, just a little bit taller then Matt, and matt was pretty tall. So I had to look up to see his face. He smiled at me for a minute. "Hi there, I'm looking for Angela. My names Frank" he said holding out his hand for a shake. I shook his hand and smiled at him. He smiled back "that's my mom, hold on. Please come in" I said politely. My name is Amber" he stepped inside I was just about to close the door when Vic pulled into the driveway.

Soon we all had introduced our self and were sitting around the dinner room table. Mom had made her special chicken casserole. At first it was quiet. then mom started asking Vic all types of question about his family and where he came from. Stuff I already knew, but I love hearing Vic talk about his childhood. His parents went thru so much. His father is a painting contractor, he worked hard for his family to bring money into the house. They recently had to sell there old house because they couldn't afford it. He even told my mom how thru all that his dad and his mom never let money come between them. He even told my mom his hatred with money, because he said "it fucks with people lives" and my mom just looked at him and nodded her head. "I agree with you, she said smiling. I really like you Vic you seem like you got your life on track. So tell me what do you want to do after you graduate?"

At first he was quiet and looked around the room. He scratched the back of his neck. "I actually wanted to become a singer or start a band" he said looking down. My eyes widen for a second, he never told me he could sing. I would have to talk to him later. After that we started haveling little talk. Frank wasn't such a bad guy either. He was sweet and funny. I could tell how much he cared for my mother. And how happy he made her. I was happy for her.

It was starting to get late, so Frank headed home. Me and Vic sat together outside on the front porch. It was kind of cold so I grabbed my sweater, but I was still shivering so Vic held me in his arms. I put my head on his shoulder looking up into the starry night sky. At first we sat in silence. Then finally I looked up at him "I never knew you could sing? Why haven't you told me you wanted to become a singer." He looked at me and then chuckled. "Have I ever told you how adorable you are? And I never told you, because I wasn't really sure." I blushed at the first thing he said. I looked away but he put his hand under my chin and I looked back up at him. "Amber there something I've been wanting to ask you since we first actually talked. Amber you have changed my life for the better. I have never met one person who has made me as happy as you do and I want you by my side for a very long time. Amber will you be my girlfriend?"

For some reason what he said made me tear up. "Vic I would love to be your girlfriend." I said smiling. "You have really help me find who I am. Your a very unique girl. Everything about you is perfect, flaws and all. After all my past relationship I told myself to never fall for someone again, but i felt like this was meant to be. Your my only exception." he said grabbing my face leaning closer to me and our lips connected And instantly I felt sparks. This was so perfect. "I love you Amber" he said as he pulled away. I couldn't stop blushing. I looked him in to the eyes and said "I love you too" kissing him once more. Soon Vic decided he better get home, before his parents start to worry.

Vic gave me a kiss on the forehead "goodnight beautiful, I'll see you tomorrow at school." I Gave him a quick hug as he got into his car and drove off. I wish he didn't have to leave. I missed him already. I went inside shut the door and sunk to the floor. I keep thinking of the kiss over and over again. It was just like in my dream, but better!
