5 days passed away.  In these  days naina's health is improving day by day...doctors removed her from life support system.....  they were giving her all necessary nutrients with the help of injections and tablets........  but she is almost sleeping  these days due to heavy sedatives...... and doctors can't let her be in pain and for better recovery she is better sleeping than talking to everyone......

In these days Naveen , Rajveer , Alekh  and Gunny can see her ....but can't be with her all the time as it can disturb her.....

Today Nishtha told everyone that naina is going to wake up after 5 days....

Rajveer, Naveen, Alekh and Gunny were waiting for  naina to wake up .......Naveen was feeling nervous as how would naina react when she found  him here after that kma incident..... will she be able to forgive him ??? Will she ever talk to him ?? Aah so many questions and all answers are with naina.....

Naina ko hosh aa raha tha .....yun toh pahle bhi naina hosh me aayi thi par she was under effects of medicines. ..

.... Nishtha aage aai .....

Nishi - Naina...dheere dheere apni aankhein kholo.....bht hi aaram se...... how are you feeling now.....

Naina slowly opened her eyes but it hurts her head injury......she winced in pain....

Naina- Aah ......its paining....

Nishi - It's Ok ! Naina...aaram se..... it will be fine....

Naina - hmmm that's ok with me Dr.

Nishi- naina tumse milne koi aaya hai....vahan dekho.....

Naina look where nishtha indicates her.... naina was shocked to see  naveen and gunny here.....Yes ! She expected alekh to be here but not them after kma incident.....

Naina- bhaiya.....gunny.. sir......aap yahan......

She try to get up and sit but failed miserably . She falls back and winced in pain......
Naveen and Alekh rushed towards her..... raj stood rooted to his place....he is in deep pain to see his naina in such painful condition.....Naina is oblivious of Rajveer's presence....

N- aaah.......aap  yahan ......bha.......bhaiya.........alekh......

She hesitates to call naveen as bhaiya.....she was scared of naveen that he might misunderstand  her again...
She don't want to create any scene in front of anyone.....
She  started crying.....

Naina- bhaiya .....maine nahi kaha tha .....aap sab ko bulane ke liye....sachi .....mai nahi janti thi.....maine sirf alekh ko inform karne kaha tha......pahle.....mai...maine kuch nahi kiya ......I'm sorry. ......I'm extremely sorry......I won't bother you again.......I'm sorry......

Naina panicked....Nishtha indicates naveen to calm her coz panicking is not good for her health.....

Naveen immediately hugged her....and spoke...

Nav- nahi bacha....chup ho jaa......kuch nahi hua hai.....sab thik hai ......gudiya.....shant ho jaaa.....Everything is fine..... calm down......I'm here with you.........alekh bhi hai......nothing to worry about......shhhh .....calm down......

Naina calm down a bit and look at naveen with her innocent eyes.....it pierced their hearts to see her in such devastated state.....how much she is affected with the incident.....Now also she thought that whatever happened was happened because of her......how innocent she is......how fragile her heart is.....naina's innocent condition hurts rajveer more......
