"A what?" I laugh. "A poltergeist, a ghost or other supernatural being supposedly responsible for physical disturbances such as making loud noises and throwing objects about - according to google search!" Replies the Doctor, I roll my eyes, typical doctor. Suddenly, loud noises are heard, I scream. Ok, maybe poltergeists so exist. I mean if creepy statues exists, then poltergeists do. The Doctor storms back into the seating area where everyone is. "Evacuate the station! Now!" Shouts the Doctor. "No!" Shouts a group of people, "its dangerous! We'll get blown to smithereens!"
"I told you there was a poltergeist!" Shouts the old woman.
"Yes, and you were right!" Replies the Doctor.
"You're a madman, none of us are leaving here!" Shouts a young woman.
"Am I such a madman if I'm trying to save your lives? The poltergeist is coming. Anyone who wants to follow me can!" Echoes the Doctor, signalling for me to follow him out of the station. Surprisingly, everyone follows us out into the streets, explosions surround us.
"In here quickly!" Exclaims the Doctor, leading everyone into his TARDIS. He shuts the door on us, leaving me in there with them! "DOCTOR!" I scream, banging on the doors of the TARDIS, "LET ME OUT!"
"Sorry, Alice," he whispers from the other side, "I'm going to sort out the poltergeist. These people need comforting."Everyone looks shellshocked. "Right!" I say, "I'm going to explain the situation. That man is a time traveller, this is his time machine. I'm his companion. Basically, you're all safe in here. No poltergeists. No bombs!"
"Woah!" Screams a woman. The TARDIS is disappearing. No! It's taking us with it. Great! The Doctor will be left all by himself. I desperately click buttons. I scream for the Doctor. No reply. The TARDIS has landed. I look at the people properly. Eight kids, an old man, seven women, no men. "What just happened?" Asks a small boy. "I don't know. I think we are in 1845..." I whisper, peeping out the door. All I can see is the same street as before, but there are coaches and horses; no explosions. "We were meant to come here in the first place. The TARDIS took us 100 years out!" I exclaim.
"It's ok!" Says a young woman, comforting me. "Just contact your friend...""Alice?" The doctors voice booms out. I'm relieved. He can tell me how to take us back to 1945!
