Because Of You, I Might Think Twice

Part Eleven

 "Why don't you stay at my house for a few days?"

 Tyler sat up a bit.  "You would let me do that?"

 "Yes, of course." 

 Tyler smiled.  "I'd love to stay."

 "Just to get away from Blurry for a bit."

 "That's a good idea."

 Josh nodded.  "Is there a way you could pack your stuff and sneak out tonight?"

 Tyler shrugged.  "Maybe.  I'll try."

 "Okay... I hope so."

 Tyler nodded.  "Me too."

 Josh glanced at the ground behind him before laying back.  Tyler laid his head on Josh's chest and they looked up at the sky.  They laid there together for a long time before they got up and Tyler went back to his house.  Tyler entered through his window and shoved clothes and everything he'd need for at least a week into a duffle bag.  He tossed the duffle bag out of his window then peeked out of his room.  Blurry was wandering the halls of the house, looking at the pictures on their walls.  Tyler bit his lip then shut the door silently.  He slipped out of his window quietly then sprinted to his car with his bag in hand.  Tyler climbed into his car then started it, wincing at how loud the engine was.  He paused to see if Blurry would notice but when there was no sign of him, Tyler backed out of his driveway and headed to Josh's house after texting Josh that he was on his way.

  Josh was outside when Tyler arrived, smiling as soon as he could see Tyler through the windows of his car.  Tyler climbed out of his car and grabbed his duffle bag as Josh walked over.  Tyler placed a hand on Josh's chest, leaning up to kiss him.  Josh was surprised at first but then kissed back for the few seconds that their lips were connected. 

  Tyler pulled back with a smile. "Hi..."

  Josh giggled cutely the way he did when Tyler did something he liked.  "Hey."

  They walked up to Josh's house and went inside.  Tyler looked around, intrigued.  Josh took Tyler's bag from him and went to his room, putting Tyler's things in a drawer just for him.  Josh came back out when everything was put away and Tyler was still exploring.

  "Sorry it's nothing too fancy..."  Josh sauntered up to Tyler.

  Tyler smiled at Josh and shook his head.  "I like it."

  Josh smiled back.  "Good."

  Tyler stepped up to Josh and hugged onto him tightly.  They stood in each other's arms for awhile before Josh spoke up.

  "Did it go okay?"

  Tyler nodded.  "I didn't even see him."

  "Okay... good." Josh smiled at Tyler, who slipped his arms around Josh's neck and looked up at him. Josh pecked his lips then walked back to his room.  Tyler followed along happily then flopped back on Josh's bed.  He looked at the ceiling as Josh laid beside him.  Tyler rolled onto his back to look at Josh.

  Josh smiled back.  "I'm excited to sleep with you..."

  Tyler shook his head.  "You've done it before."

  Josh shrugged and pushed his hair off his forehead.  "Every night, though..."

  Tyler looked down for a moment.  "Am I not going back home?"

  Josh furrowed his eyebrows.  "Well, I hope you stay for at least a few days."

  Tyler just nodded and mumbled, "A few days..." before dropping the subject.  He laid his head on Josh's chest and closed his eyes.  Josh put his arm around Tyler and sighed.
