Prompt: "I'm going to kill you."

Aaron watched as Alexander and Thomas quarreled, righting about something useless. Probably about who would get to lead the upcoming debate. Aaron sighed, he didn't understand why the two insisted on speaking their minds every chance they had.

"It'll get them killed one day," Aaron mumbled, examining Alexander's angry face.

His eyebrows were furrowed, his lips curled into a sneer, his brown eyes filled with annoyance and rage as he glared daggers at Thomas. Even with his angry expression, Aaron found him beautiful.

"What're you staring at, Burr?" Alex growled, making his way to Aaron's desk.

"Hamilton," Washington called out, getting no response from the short man. "Son, please sit down."

"So, Burr, do you have a problem?" Alex questioned, completely forgetting about Thomas, who rolled his eyes, taking a seat next to James.

Aaron paled seeing Alexander's angry face up close. "No." He tried his hardest to keep his eyes glued to his desk. As if pretending Alexander wasn't there would make him disappear completely.

"Well you were staring at me," Alex squinted, leaning on Aaron's desk. "So you must have a problem. Come on, take a stand Burr. What's on your mind?"

Aaron didn't know what to say. He couldn't exactly just go out and say "Well I was staring at you because I think you're pretty." No, that would be a majorly idiotic move.

Now Aaron had to decide. Should he face the problem, or try his best to avoid the situation.

Avoiding seemed like a better option.

"Nothing," Aaron mumbled, his eyes still focused on the wooden desk.

"Oh I'll show you nothing," Aaron's eyes widened as Alex climbed on the desk, grabbing Aaron by the collar of his shirt. "Meet me behind the third dorm building at 7. I'm going to kill you."

"Hamilton!" Washington yelled, standing up in his chair. "I'm not going to ask you again. Sit. Down."

Alex let go of Aaron, heading back to his own desk calmly. Aaron just stared wide-eyed at the space Alexander had been standing in, trying to wrap his mind around what just happened.

"'Oh I'll show you nothing'" Thomas said in a mocking tone, laughing. "That doesn't even make any sense, Hamilton. And what did Aaron even do to you?"

"Shut up Jefferson."

"Oh Aaron, Aaron, Aaron. What have you gotten yourself into?" Thomas laughed airily.

It was 6:50, Aaron had insisted on getting there early, not wanting to be late and piss Alex off even more.

"Why're you even here Thomas?" Aaron asked, leaning back against the wall of the dorm building.

"I want to see how this all plays out. And I'm curious, what did you to aggravate him so badly? I mean, all I do is taunt him a lot, and make fun of him, but he usually won't throw punches, and if he will, he'd do it right then and there. So what did you do that was so awful?"

"I was staring at him," Aaron shrugged, looking up at Thomas. "That's all."

"Why were you staring at him?" Thomas questioned, raising an eyebrow.

"Because I like him."

Thomas took a glance at Aaron before burying out laughing. He almost fell to the ground he was laughing so hard, trying to catch him breath and regain his composure. He gave Aaron another glance, seeing his straight-faced expression.

"Oh my god you're serious," Thomas covered his mouth. "First thing, why the hell? I think you need to raise your standards bud. And secondly, why didn't you just tell him?"

"I can't do that! Especially now hat he wants to bash my face in."

"Don't be a pussy Aaron," Thomas said, walking away backwards. "Tell him." Aaron watched as Thomas turned around, walking away. He sighed, knowing Thomas was probably right. For once...

"Burr!" Alex shouted, getting closer by the second. "You actually came."

"Uh y-yeah," Aaron stuttered out.

"Alright, you could leave now, or you could stay, and let me beat the shit out of you. Your decision."

Aaron decided it was now or never. "I like you," He mumbled, not audible enough for Alexander to hear.

"What?"

"I like you," Aaron said louder. "Th-That's why I was staring at you. I'm sorry," Alexander watched with a blank expression as Aaron spoke. "Aren't you going to say something? Like insult me or something?"

"Why didn't you say so?" Alexander smiled softly, taking a few steps towards Aaron.

"Huh?"

"Well if I would've known, I would have asked you out," Alex smirked as he saw Aaron's eyes widen. "Surprised?"

"Well yeah. This morning you literally said you'd kill me."

Alex chuckled. "That was just the aftershock of my argument with Jefferson. I wasn't angry with you."

"Well you seemed pretty angry. Why'd you even show up here if you weren't mad?" Aaron questioned.

"Well I wasn't going to back down from a fight. But since there's no fight-" Alexander collided his lips with Aaron's. It took Aaron a few seconds to react, but he kissed back. "I'll pick you up Friday, at five. See you later Aaron," Alex said after he pulled away, giving Aaron one last smile before walking away, leaving shocked little Aaron all by himself.

"Holy shit."

A/N: I actually don't hate this. It's the first Hamburr thing I've ever wrote, and I don't think it's too horrible.
