We all looked at each other after he left. Various voices started to rise up.
Cherry: "RPS game? The hell is that!?"
Girl with blonde hair: "Is he being serious? Are some of us... going to die?"
Boy with blue eyes: "I am not staying here to find out what happens."
Cerulean: "Is there any other way to get out of here?"
Suddenly, a loud voice erupted from the sea of chatter.
Loud voice: "BE QUIET!!"
We looked to where the voice was coming from. A man with red hair and a jacket was standing a little ways-off from where the rest of us were.
Guy with jacket: "We're not going to get anywhere with questions. Right now we need to calm down and think."
Scarlet: "Actually, the best course of action right now would be introductions. My name is Scarlet."
Everyone started going around the room introducing themselves to the others. I picked up quite a few names from that. A young girl with white hair told me her name was Luna, a girl with black hair told me her name was Hikari, and a boy with an 0 on his shirt told me his name was Zero.
Hikari: "Wait a second, everyone stop."
Everyone stopped talking and looked at her.
Hikari: "I think one of us is missing. Lumiere said there were 16 people right?"
We all scanned the room and she was right. There were only 15 of us.
Hikari: "Does anyone know who's not here?"
I started to feel a sense of dread. Words started forming in my mind, "There's a lack of purple in this crowd", I thought. Then it hit me.
Beth: "V-Violet!"
Violet was missing.
Scarlet: "There's a third door that none of us came out of over there."
She pointed to a door behind where Lumiere was standing.
Scarlet: "That's the most likely place she went to. We should split into three teams of five just in case."
Zero: "How should we determine the teams then?"
Scarlet: "I'll decide randomly."
Scarlet: "Beth, Jack, Cherry, Nine, and Catty. You five investigate the middle door."
Scarlet: "Cyber, Sol, Luna, Apollo, and Artemis. You look through the door to your left."
Scarlet: "Me, Marine, Hikari, Zero, and Cerulean will look through the door to your right."
Scarlet: "Does anyone have any objections to these teams?"
Nobody said anything.
Scarlet: "Good. Then let's get going."
My team started to head towards the middle door.
We pushed it open and we found ourselves in what looked like a library.
Cherry: "Wait... the hell just happened? This doesn't look anything like the room before."
Guy with jacket: "What's going on with this place?"
I spotted a familiar figure sitting in a chair reading a book.
Beth: "Violet!"
I ran over to her and she looked up from her book.
