She yawned and stretched, reaching up to pull open the latch to the trapdoor, but somebody pulled the door open before she could. She froze, hand still poised in mid air where the latch had been.
It wasn't Bonnie this time though. She cried out in surprise, trying to shrink back as far as possible, sending her plushies tumbling away. A spectre in a purple uniform stood over her, grinning evilly. His mouth was twisted into a horrible grin, teeth bared and sharp. His eyes were sunken and dead looking, and glowed with a soft purple light. His skin was putrid and bruised, looking more like wax than live human flesh.
He laughed and the sound was horrible, echoing in her ears like a symphony. She covered them and shrank back even farther, but he reached in after her. There was no escape, nowhere to turn in the tiny crevice beneath the stage.
She screamed in terror as his hand closed around a fistful of her hair. She yelped in pain and grabbed at his arm, but failed to harm anything through the thick fabric of his suit, which she saw was that of their security guards. His terrible grinning mouth drew her closer as he laughed at her, razor sharp teeth bared.
She kicked out at him, scratched, clawed, and hit, but he just smirked at her as she came closer and closer to his terrible jaws, which stretched and expanded; like a viper's' toothy maw, revealing row after row of dagger sharp teeth.
She closed her eyes as his teeth tore into her flesh, and screamed for her life.

She awoke, gasping for air, sweat pouring off her body. She could hear Bonnie pounding on the door to her cubby hole, trying to get at her. She jumped up and popped the lock open so he wouldn't break it.
He peered in, worry on his face, and yanked her out, a bit roughly. He wrapped her up in his arms, protectively and she melted against his purple-furred chest. Her breathing ragged, she clung to him like a child, tears leaking from beneath her closed eyelids.
"Are you ok?" He asked, his mechanical voice laced with concern. She shook herself, trying to rid the trembling that had taken over her entire body. She pushed herself out of Bonnie's clutch and dropped to the ground. Three other sets of eyes regarded her from the stage, making her feel small and confused. They loomed around her, and she felt like the air was getting heavier. She knew that they were just trying to help, but she felt closed in, and terrified.
She couldn't speak. The terror she had dreamed of had seemed so real. She could still feel the fabric beneath her fingertips, smell his breath in the air... She knew her nightmare was about that security guard, the one that chased her sometimes. He was always trying to catch her. Although Bonnie and the others would never allow any harm to come to her, she still feared what would happen if he succeeded. Tears welled up in her eyes.
The other guards never shared his persistence, she thought bitterly. She shivered again and some of the tears tumbled over and down her cheeks.
Chica leaned in and whispered to Freddy, "Do you think she's ok?" Freddy whispered back that he didn't know. The both looked at her with reverent awe and she felt her cheeks heat.
"I'm fine..." She choked out, looking down at the ground. The tears began to flow harder, she couldn't hold them back any longer. Kneeling there, the three of them around her, made her feel a mix of emotion that was as jarring as the nightmare; almost. She felt relief that they were there to 'save' her from her terror, but ashamed that they had seen her so weak and pathetic in the face of an imaginary foe.
She flinched when Bonnie reached down and put a hand on her shoulder. She was grateful for his comfort but felt like a fool now that they had all seen her cry, and presumably had heard her scream too. She knew Bonnie had, at least, since he had almost broken her door down to get at her.
