It was April 15th, which meant tomorrow would be Antonio's 18th birthday, he was told he wouldn't see past the age of 15 but he was still here breathing.
"Wassup nigga" LA said dapped him up
"What you getting into today" he asked getting the books out his locker
"Well I'm going to meet up with Amber today to work this visitation shit out over LJ"
"I'm happy you finally gon get to see lil dude that's wassup, want me to go with you just in case some shit pop off" he asked
"Nah I'm good I think she far off that shit" he said with a smile "but you know it was hard breaking it to Kayyah since she wanted to be the first to have my baby"
"I'm surprised she ain't kill your ass cause you know them pregnancy hormones be crazy" I said chuckling
"Nigga what you talking bout Kayyah not pregnant" LA said
"Nigga yes she is I heard her and Nadirah talking bout it last week and she was trynna figure out if she wanted to keep it"
"Well thanks for letting me know imma fuck with you later tho" he said walking away
Antonio thought LA knew already but it didn't make no type of sense for him to lie when he already said the shit.
Kayyah was only 15 years old and had a whole future ahead of her. It was a possibility that she could be pregnant. She took three pregnancy tests and all but one came back positive so she was going to go to the doctor's office to make sure her assumptions are correct. She then decided to take a nap.
When she woke up she felt a little better. She checked her phone seeing see had 15 missed calls from LA, but no texts. She decided to call him back.
"Hey babe what's wro-" she was cut off
"Kay I'm gonna ask you this one time and only one time and I want the truth"
"Ok wassup"
"Are you pregnant" he asked
She dropped the phone when he said that.
"I don't know" she said truthfully
"What you mean you don't know" he asked
"Some of the test came back positive but one came back negative so I have to go to the clinic to see if I am or not"
"When are you going" he asked
"I don't know ye-" she was cut off again
"Then I'm taking you on Friday"
"But today is Wednesday"
"And" he asked smartly and Kayyah was starting to peep he had an attitude
"Nothing never mind, Friday it is I guess"
"Okay I'll talk to you later"
"Okay I love you"
"Love you too" normally he says I before love you. She just hoped he wasn't mad about this.
Life was crazy for Leonardo, from being shot at by Amber's brothers to having a kid and possibly one on the way.
He had gone to Amber's house at 11 to avoid running into her brothers.
"Hey Amber" he said giving her a side hug
"Hey LJ is in the back in his play pen, you want me to go get him" she asked
"Yeah that's cool" he said nervously
As he waited for her to come back he looked at the pictures hanging up on the wall. LJ looked just like Amber.

When she came back with him he was laid on her chest but when he seen me his head popped up and he reached for him.
"He knows who you are" she said passing him to LA "he's usually not this friendly but I guess he knows you're his father"
When he held him he knew he was mine and he didn't need a DNA test.
"So about the visitations how we gon do that"
"Well I can come to your house everyday after you get out of school then you can have him every other weekend"
"Yeah I'm cool with that, let me get going" LA said giving a sleeping LJ back to her "thank you"
"It's no problem really and imma tell my brothers to lay off" she said with a smirk
Leonardo couldn't be any happier at that moment everything seems as if it were falling into place.
