i chuckled and napa-iling ako
and as expected...
when she completely got down the stairs, she ended up running towards me and hugging me tight

"wag mo'ko iiwan Cray. please?" she said habang nakapikit at nakayakap ng mahigpit sa'kin.
i felt my knees started to weaken...

i touched her cheeks and a smile showed up on her lips

we were both at the living room eating breakfast.
