*FLASHBACK*
"let us offer each other a sign of peace" i heard the priest said.
i quickly reached for my Mom's hand held it then hugged her tight, kissed her cheeks smiled at her and said "peace be with you Ma" with a peace sign on my hand
she laughed a bit and i said "i love you Ma" and gave her another hug
tsaka ako humarap kay Dad
i hugged him and said "i love you Pa"
i kissed his cheeks then gave him a peace sign and a puppy dog eyes.
"peace be with you Pa" i said then flashed a wide smile
yung tipong nanloloko na nagpapacute na ewan
HAHAHAHA!
"i love you too Anak" i heard him respond then hugged me tight
*END OF FLASHBACK*
it was the memory that flashed through my mind the moment i stepped in the church
it was one of the best childhood memories which i'll treasure forever
the memory that i didn't expected to be the last
something happened in the past and won't ever happen in the future
after the mass i stayed at the church first
reminiscing every single memory i had in it
the moment my mom and dad got married, i imagined how it happened, how they felt that
the moment that i was being baptized
my first communion
my compil
our every sunday mass together with my family
my everyday sunday mass at the past with Nehia
and my first sunday mass with NEHIA ONLY
it all happened in this wonderful and memorable church
i was in the middle of my reminiscing moment of my past when a nun went next to me
she looked at me first then smiled at me and so did i
she sat down next to me and she gave me an envelope
but before she left me, she first flashed me a smile and said...
"i know what's inside this..." she said pointing at my chest where my heart is placed
napasunod yung tingin ko sa turo niya then i lift my face and looked at her again
she's still smiling then continued what she was saying
"first, set your heart free from hatred and anger. let yourself be hate-less. don't let that anger and hatred destroy this..." she said still pointing at my chest
akala ko tapos na siya
pero she again continued talking
"and follow this..." she said pertaining to my heart
i felt my heart beat fast
"say what you've always wanted to say, and if words aren't enough, actions will do." she said then left me alone sitting with a lot of those words she said running in my mind back and fort
