Dave p.o.v
  I woke up and didn't find (y/n) anywhere.
"Baby!" I yelled and searched my whole room. Then I went out of the room and found (y/n) on the couch watching Sesame Street. When Elmo showed up she jumped and flicked her tail.

"Hey bro glad you up." Dirk said holding two plate of breakfast. I reached for a bacon but he took the plate away. "Who said these were fro you?" He asked and gave a plate to (y/n).

"I thought you weren't helping me take care of her." I said.

"Well she is a Strider now right?" He asked.

"Say Apple." Some other puppet said on tv.

"A-apple." (Y/n) repeated and I clapped and she didn't even look at me and ate her breakfast.

"She is a fast learner." Dirk said.

"Yep that is my (y/n)." I said and sat next to her.

"Dave Apple ." She looked at me and she is just so cute.

"Hmm....what Apple?"

"Shit Apple." She said and began to eat her food.

"Where did she learn that word?" I ask glaring at Dirk.

"Don't look at me I was cooking and I accidentally dropped some egg and plus when did you start to act like a mother?" Dirk says looking at me with his orange eyes.

"I'm not I just want her to learn the right way to live."

"Dave! Sunshine." I smile at her.

"Yes it is sunshine."

"Dirk please more." She gave Dirk her plate.

"Okay (y/n)." He grabs her plate and goes to the kitchen and comes back with a lot more.

"Do you want to make her fat?!" I ask him.

"No she wanted more." Dirk said.

"Dave share." She put the plate on my lap.

"Okay." I start to eat with her while watching the kids show.

"Where's Daddy?" She asks.

I start to blush. "W-who's daddy?" I ask and Dirk looks at me.

"Karkat!" She smile at me.

"You and Karkat are a thing?" Dirk asks.

"No....she is just making that up." I lie and (y/n) starts to climb on Dirk.

"Dirk soft hair." She said and jumps on the couch.

"Can she walk?" Dirk asks.

"No she can crawl and climb." I answer.

"Karkat!" She said.

"Well I'll call Karkat to come over or do you want to go over at his house?" I ask her.

She looks at me confusedly and I pick her up. "We are going to Karkat." I said.

"Or known as daddy." Dirk laughs.

"Shut up." I glare at him and go to my room and change (y/n).

I put her in her stroller and we head off to Karkat place.

"OW!" Karkat yells as I am trying to take (y/n) off of Karkat horns. "T-TAKE HER O-OFF OF ME!" Karkat says and then he sighs.

I take (y/n) off and she giggles. "THANK YOU." Karkat said blushing and it is so Fucking hot!!!

Karkat p.o.v
  I was blushing really bad. "Dude why are you blushing?" Dave asks.

"NO REASON NOW WHERE'S THE BABY?" I ask trying to get off of topic. 

"Ha dude she is right here." He looks down and (y/n) wasn't there. "(Y/n) where are you?" He ask and looks around for her.

I laugh, he looks so hot. Yeah Karkat he is hot go on and ask him out.

"Are you gonna help me find her?" Dave asks.

"NO YOU GOT THIS." I smirk at him.

"But she is your baby too." He whines and Damn he just looks more hot and handsome.

"SHE IS BUT YOU LOST HER." I said.

He goes to the kitchen and calls for her there. Then (y/n) comes out from under the couch and smiles at me. "Shh go back inside (y/n)." I say and she listens. Then Dave comes back and I see her tail on the floor so I move and block it from Dave seeing.

"Well I am going home and you can take care of (y/n) from now on." Dave smirks at me.

Oh that beautiful smirk of his-Karkat snap out of it. Then Dave made footsteps and made sounds like he left. (Y/n) came out of her hiding place.
"Dave!" She yelled and bumped into his leg.
She hugged his leg and climb on him.

"I'm not gonna leave (y/n)." Dave said and (y/n) growled.

Then she jumped off of him and landed on her paws and fell on the ground. "YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO WALK GIRL." I said.

She looked at me and stood up but then fell. "Here let me help." Dave grabs her paws and (y/n) puts her paw in the front and starts to walk back towards me.

"Let me record it!" Dave said and quickly took his phone out and put it on camera and gave it to me.

"WHAT DO I DO?" I ask.

"Just point the camera at us."

I did what he said and we spent minutes making her walk. Then she finally got it and starts to run. "She really is a fast learner." Dave smiles.

"Dad, Daddy!" She said.

"WE REALLY NEED TO TEACH HER SOME NEW WORDS." I said.

"Yeah she will learn but now let get something to eat I'm hungry." Dave said.

I grab (y/n) paw and we walk to the kitchen.
