Chap 36. Love Pains

(Calum's POV)

I've been going out with Kat for a while now. I don't know what happened or how, all I know is that I've been stressed with planning something for our anniversary. I've been coming home late and this cause our fights. She planned on having coffee and I agreed to it, she was talking nonsense when I got a call from Ash.

C: Hey Ash
A: Hi Calum, where are you?
C: At the mall
A: Do you want to join us in playing basketball?
C: I'm sorry, Ash. I'm with a friend today and we are hanging out. We haven't seen for a long time, where are you anyway?
A: Outside the coffee shop where you are hanging out with a "friend"
I looked at the window and there standing Ashton and Agatha. I stood up from my seat.
C: Ash
A: Don't, don't you come near her.
C: I'll explain
A: No, I know everything. You slept with her.
C: Ash, please.
A: Don't you go out that coffee shop. Enjoy your hangout with a friend.

I hang up my phone and ran out the coffee shop to follow them.

"Ash, Agatha" I yelled after them and I stopped when they went into a park with everyone, it broke my heart when I saw her cry. They left the park and I returned to get my car.

"Sit here for a while, I'll get you something"

"Ash, why?"

"I'm sorry, when I found out about that, I've been wanting to tell you but...I don't know how" he gave the glass of water

"It hurts so much" he comforted her

"I know, it hurts because you love him"

"But why did he do it?"

"Because he's an idiot. You better rest, you can sleep in my room and I'll stay here"

Calum drove to Ash's and knocked.

"What the hell, Cal! It's in the middle of the night"

"Ash, please I need to talk to her"

"No Cal, she's asleep"

"She isn't. She always waits for me"

"But this time, she isn't. She's asleep because she is tired.....tired from crying" Ash closed the door

Oh no, Ugh! Why did I even do it! I sat down on his porch and a tear fell from my eye. Her brother is gonna kill me...Finn, no not Finn. Suddenly, I got a call from........ FINN!

C: Hey Finn
F: Don't you dare, hey Finn me. Calum Cheating Hood
C: Look Finn, I can explain it.
F: Explain what? How you cheated on her? You said you wouldn't hurt my sister.
C: Just listen please.
F: Okay fine. Speak!
C: I'm planning something for our anniversary, I didn't ask anything from the guys or her friends cause they might spill it to her anytime. So, I planned it all alone and.....I haven't come up with something. I stopped at a bar to have a drink when this girl came up to me. I tried ignoring her but I don't know how this happened. I'm sorry Finn, I didn't mean to hurt her.
F: You really love her, do you?
C: So much. I love her so much. Please help me.
F: I'm afraid, I can't help you with that.
C: I understand.
F: Also, you wouldn't see her for a few days.
C: Why?
F: I asked her go home for a while so we could talk properly.

She's leaving. I hang up the phone and went back to our house, I hugged her pillow. From there, I decided that I would lose my contact with Kat, any contact that might communicate with us and I realized that she's worth fighting for.

I will follow her.
