Debt

When you have money it's awesome I agree,

You spend it on everything that you see;

Yet, when the bills come in and it's time to pay,

If you don't have enough it wont be okay.

Banks are a powerful menace that have prying eyes,

For it sees everything you will ever buy,

When you reach the negatives in red,

Debt is sure to fill up your life instead.

For if you spend more and more,

Debt will sure be piling up at your door,

Trust me, I am deep within it now,

And I wish I could get out of it somehow.

It consumes me as the days keep on going,

For whatever money I get I still have much left owing;

No shopping, there's nothing I can do,

Because debt became my friend, don't let it happen to you.
