With Poppy
Poppy was just about to walk into the Great Hall when Tris ran out.
"Hey, Poppy!" Tris said brightly, trying to block Poppy's view into the hall, "How are you this fine day?"
Poppy pointedly looked outside at the pouring rain. Tris sighed.
"Poppy, please don't go into the hall," Tris said.
Poppy just pushed Tris aside and walked in, the stopped dead. The Slytherin table was alive with whispers, apart from two people. Louella Parkinson and Regulus were making out quite violently. Poppy felt the ugly monster of rage and jealousy rise it's head inside her. She swallowed it down. She had no business being jealous. She was nothing to Regulus now. Poppy closed her eyes, but she couldn't contain her anger. Her wand was in her hand before she even knew what she was doing. There was a bang and Louella Parkinson was suddenly at the other side of the hall, knocked out. Regulus leapt to his feet, his wand out too. Poppy waved her wand in complicated motions, performing non-verbal spells easily. Regulus was now stuck to the floor in the centre of the hall. Every single student in the place was staring at him, some with glee that he'd get his comeuppance, some with worry that Poppy would go to far.Poppy waved her wand again, chanting strings of non-verbal spells in her head. Plates of food lifted up from all four house tables, including about ten cream pies. Regulus went pale as Poppy stabbed her wand aggressively towards him. All the food took flight and launched themselves at Regulus. Soon, he was covered from head to toe in food, still stuck to the floor and unable to move. Poppy waved her wand again, and one last cream pie floated up from the Slytherin table and landed in her hand. She walked up to the fuming Regulus and shoved the pie in his face.
"That's for breaking up with me," Poppy said, loud enough for the whole hall to hear.
Everyone burst into laughter at the sight of Regulus Black covered in food and looking like a complete fool.
"I didn't know you had feelings," Regulus spat, his voice cold and sharp enough to cut through the clamour in the hall, "Persephone."
Poppy's face crumpled. She backed away from Regulus, then turned and raced out of the hall, her sons echoing off the stone walls. With Charlie
Tris bolted to her feet. She stormed across the hall. She stood about a metre away from him, glaring. Then, so fast that no one saw it coming, Tris' hand made contact with Regulus' face with a resounding slapping noise.
"That's for Poppy, you insolent, unfeeling μπάσταρδος." Tris snapped, so upset that she started talking in Greek.
Tris then turned and stormed out of the hall in search of her sister. Regulus gulped nervously as Chloe and Charlie got out of their seats and slowly walked towards him.
"I think our dear little Regulus needs his head deflating a bit," Chloe mused.
"Oh, I agree," Charlie smirked.
The two girls advanced on Regulus, wands drawn. An hour later
"I can't believe you two put him in the hospital wing!" Poppy snickered as Charlie and Chloe related the events of what happened after Poppy had ran out of the hall. Tris laughed so much she fell off the bed. It was true though. Chloe and Charlie had hit Regulus with so many jinxes that he looked like a cross between a slug and a pig, still covered in food. In the end, even the Slytherins had started laughing, which Charlie and Chloe counted as a win.
A/N: I'm so so so so so very sorry for the crappy chapter. As I explained, I have writers block, but thanks to my amazing cousin EFCgirl9 I could write this chapter for you guys! I know it's not up to my usual standard, but it's the best I could do. So thoughts? Was Poppy's revenge fair? Was it too much? Was it too little? Tell me what you think!
