I hope this chapter is a little more interesting for you guys. I feel like its moving too slowly. Umm, so in my last A/N I said I would only be updating on the weekends during the school year, but I meant that I'll only be updating on the weekends once the first 12 chapters of the story is up because that'll mean I'll actually have to start writing again, haha.

Chapter 3
So I’ve never been as happy as this to be standing in line. My plane finally has landed, and us passengers are in line to check in. I turned up the music on my iPod. What a coincidence… the next song was Airplanes by B.O.B.
“Can we pretend that airplanes, in the night sky are like shooting stars, I could really use a wish right now, wish right now, wish right now. Can we pretend that airplanes, in the night sky, are like shooting stars, I could really use a wish right now, wish right now, wish right now.”
I don’t know why a suddenly thought of what the lyrics meant right this moment. I was heading East on an airplane from the Northwest. I wish this was all a dream. I really could use a wish right now. I must be sleep deprived, I never have deep thoughts. Anyways, I’m on the plane right now, and I’m sitting next to a young man that looks awfully familiar. Even though I was anti – social, I decided to make small talk. I was going to be on this plane for one too many hours, and I didn’t want to make the flight awkward. Okay. 1…2…3…
“Hi, my name is Jade, nice to meet you!”
“Hey, I’m Matt, nice to meet you as well.”
Okay that was super awkward. Looks like I won’t be talking to anyone for the next few hours. Whoa. I started to pretend to text on my phone. I laughed a little to make it look like I got a funny text message. Wow, I need serious help.
“You get service up here?”
Wowww, nice going there Jade. I’m thousands of feet up in the air. What am I thinking?
“Oh, no. I’m just reading old messages.”
“Oh I see. I was confused for a bit.”
“Ha, yeah.”
Okay, you can stop talking to me now..
“So…”
Omigosh.
“Where are you heading?”
“I’m heading to Orlando.”
“Wow, really? I’m heading to Orlando also!”
“That’s cool! Are you on vacation or something?”
“I wish. I’m heading there cause they have a pretty nice boarding school. Well that’s what my mother thinks of it. I think it’s going to be a jail.”
“You’re kidding. I’m going to Orlando for school too. Where are you from?”
Wow. This kid’s smile is getting wider and wider by the question.
“I live in Portland, Oregon. But I came up to Seattle for the summer to get a job. I got a job at the Starbucks in the airport. “
“Wait a minute. I know who you are! You’re…wait. You’re name isn’t Jack. It’s Matt. Never mind. “
“What a small world. You met Jack? That’s my twin brother!”
“I can’t believe this is happening.”
“What?”
“Nothing. Jack bought me a drink. I didn’t ask for it, but he made my order larger than what I paid for, and he paid for it.”
This conversation is getting super weird. I’m currently sitting next to a guy whose twin brother bought me my Starbucks at the airport. What are the chances of that happening to somebody?
“He seriously bought you your drink? If you ever see my brother again, stay away from him.”
“Where would I see him? It’s not like I’m going to see him ever again.”
“We’re going to the same school… He comes up in a few days.”
“Well still. Why would I have to stay away from him? He seems really polite and nice.”
“He does nice deeds like that when he’s attracted to someone. Trust me, I’d know. I’m basically his shadow. I know everything he does to get what he wants.”
“What are you saying?”
“Just stay away from him.”
“Alright, if you say so.”
“Please buckle your seatbelts. We are about to land in Orlando, Florida. 1 hour until landing.” The intercom scared the living daylights out of me. Wow, did I really sleep that long? I look around me and everyone is asleep. I really wish that there was a TV screen in the plane, but it wasn’t an overseas flight. If you ask me, Seattle, Washington to Orlando, Florida pretty much sums up to be an oversea flight. Anyways, I pull out my laptop. Oh yeah. I forgot my DVDs in the cabin above my seat. I didn’t want to wake Matt up so I just stared blankly at my computer screen. Hmm I’m pretty sure I read somewhere that there would be Wi-Fi on this plane. I checked my connections, and sure enough, the plane’s Wi-Fi network came up. I connected and started replying to messages on Facebook and Twitter. Time sure does fly when you’ve got a device that connects to the internet.
Authors Note:
Jade is just too awkward, lol. If you guys have any tips for me for the future it'd really help me out, since I'm not really a writer. I'm kinda just doing this for fun, and I want to see if I can actually get far in the Wattpad community haha.
