Nate isn't doing very well even though he looks like he's perfectly fine. I can't tell Nicky he will be heartbroken, but he's the father he deserves to know. He was sitting on the couch watching tv, I turned the tv off and sat on his lap. He tried to kiss my neck and I told him we need to talk.
He looked at me with worried eyes. "Nicky I didn't want to tell you this... but Nate might not make it..." Nicky sat and stared blankly at me and a tear rolled down his face. "He was an accident Nicky It may be for the best..." "How can you say that! It's your own child!" He yelled "Nicky... I know this is hard but we can have another one when we are ready..." I said calmly "We are ready! He is our child and we have to be there for him!" He continued to yell, I went to kiss him but he pushed me away I stared at him shocked "I will kiss you when you start loving our child the way I do!" He yelled "Well he wouldn't be dying if you didn't go out and drink 24/7! You could be out drunk and cheating for all I know but I am taking care of your child! Don't tell me I don't love him when you have only been here for one month of his f*cking life! I am his mother!" I yelled back "Leave!" He yelled I stared at him with sad eyes "I said leave!" He yelled even louder. I got off of his lap then ran upstairs and grabbed Nate. I grabbed all of his stuff and went out downstairs to see Nicky crying. I snuck out the door, I had no idea where to go my mom hates me and my dad does too. I only had one choice, I went to my uncle Kasey's house. I knocked on the door, it opened "Tess what's wrong!" He said. "Can I stay with you for awhile?" I said crying "Of course! Come in!"
