The Turkish fleet got devoured by the raging sea
Leaving the Venetian army in triumphant glee
Othello invited all his men for a celebration
"From five till eleven, indulge in all your inclinations"
And left Cassio in command of his soldiers
Iago got him drunk so he'll lose his composure
Making sure Cassio gets into a bloody fight
And thus, he is proved guilty in Othello's sight
"An officer who cannot keep self-control
Does not deserve the lieutenant's role"
Cassio now without any reputation
Thought of seeking help from Desdemona in desperation
To beg her to persuade the Moor
Into giving Cassio his position once more
As she is the keeper of Othello's heart
He would surely not refuse his sweetheart

PoésieSo, I decided to convert Shakespeare's play "Othello" into a poem. This poem is like a summary of the story, basically the main events that occurred throughout the play.
