After 5 days, the midterms finally came. I was going smoothly through all subjects.... and everything changed when the fire nation attacked.
Modern Japanese Literature.....
I was fidgeting with my pencil until I noticed a crucial point. The point where I should attack. (I was imagining myself as a gladiator fighting a monster) I suddenly remembered what Karma taught me and I followed it. I guess I didn't do too badly. Then the results came. I was staring at my papers for a few seconds.Hm.... I didn't do so badly. I said to myself. Kanzaki, Rio and Kayano went in front of my desk.
"Manmi-chan what are your results?" Kanzaki-chan asked.
"Yeah~ Karma's private tutoring might have helped alot. Rio said while grinning.
"Yep. It helped me alot!" I said cheerfully and then showed them my papers.

Shit. I fucked up. Looking at the top 50 Midterm scores, I don't know what kind of fate lies ahead of me, but I know, it's not gonna be good.

He beat me by one point?! I sighed and returned to the classroom.
"Well, you know the deal Akabane." Asano said as he saw me coming inside the classroom.
"Yeah,yeah. Whatever." I said, annoyed by his pressence.
He gave me a sinister grin. God, how I long to hack that grin off his face.
"So, when do you plan on doing it?"I asked.
"Hmm.... next week. At the cultural festival. I'll be doing that " he said while smirking.
"Yeah right."
"Hey, Akabane."
"What?"
"Give me your phone for a sec."
I lent him my phone. I dont know what he did but I've got a bad feeling about this.

I was walking down the street with Karma.
"How did your midterms go?" I asked him.
He flinched for a while and then answered; "It went smooth I guess"
