Eternas POV
____________________________________
As soon as the sun came up, we were moving. We packed up the tents and got on the horses. We are breakfast on the way, as the tracks were beginning to fade. I was a bit worried. What if rain came, and the tracks washed away? How would we find them then? I growled a bit and urged the horses on faster.
"Eterna!" A voice called from the back.
I turned and saw Azure trotting up to my horse.
"Eterna, you're pushing the horses! We have no idea how far we have to travel, and we don't want to be cornered with exhausted horses! "
"I guess, but we still should speed up a bit. As you said, we have no idea how far away they are. The quicker we get there, the better."
I was a bit anxious, and I was NEVER anxious. I just wanted to get there, so that I could go home.
I heard a rustle, and jerked my head to look at the spot where it was. Nothing.
"Eterna, what's wrong?!" Dr. Lofy asked.
"Nothing, just thought I saw something." I responded.
But I know that I did.

Celestes POV

I had a scent. It was mortal, and I was following them. I was in my wolf form, and running just next to them, although they had no clue. That is, until I tripped.
The lead rider snapped her head around.
"Eterna, what's wrong?!" Another asked.
"Nothing, just thought I saw something."
I retreated into the darkness. Examining my paw, I saw no visible injuries, just a little sting. I sighed and turned back to my human form. I had a small, red bump on my hand. I began to walk back towards the castle, as to get it treated.
I can always come back later.

Encre POV

I was walking around the castle, bored. There wasn't much to do in my room, and I didn't know what else to do. After walking around the endless halls for a few hours, I lay in my bed, staring at the ceiling.
A gentle knock at the door woke me. I realized that I must've slept. I slowly say up, and began to walk over to the door. Opening it, I was greeted by Fallacy. He had a smile on his face.
"Hello, Fallacy. Is there a reason you're here?" I asked bluntly.
He chuckled softly as he said,
"I want to show you something."
He took my hand and led me through the halls, until we stopped at a door. He gestured for me to open, and I looked at him, confused.
"Go on, open it!" He urged.
I slowly took the knob in my hand and turned. I looked inside and my eyes widened. There was an easel and canvas in the center, in front of a huge window. In a corner was a shelf with paints and a few more easels.
I heard Fallacy chuckling behind me as he asked,
"So, do you like it?"
I turned so that I was looking at him and threw my arms around his neck.
"Thank you, Fallacy! It's wonderful!"
He seemed a bit surprised at first, but soon hugged me back.
"It was no trouble."
We hugged for a few more seconds, until I pulled away.
"Fallacy?"
"Yes?"
"Can you turn into a bat?"
"I'm a little surprised you didn't know, but yes, I can."
"Was that you yesterday? In the windowsill?"
"If I said yes, then how would you respond?"
"I don't know, it hasn't happened yet."
"Than, yes, that was me."
   I giggled a little.
"So I was right."
"Yes, I guess you were."
   I hugged him again.
"Thank you, again, for everything."
"Your welcome."
I turned and looked at the room. He quickly caught on and chuckled.
"You can paint now, if you want, the rooms yours anyways."
I smiled and turned to walk inside. Fallacy left, and closed the door. I painted for a few hours.
I had just finished the first one, a picture of the night sky. I leaned back in the chair, satisfied. A yawn interrupted my thoughts. I laid my head on my arms, thinking that I'd only take a quick nap.
