Walliams
"Why the hell does he want to go out for a drink with me?" I screeched into the phone, frustrated.
"He probably wants to bang you."
Jimmy Carr, everybody. Always sensible at the appropriate moments.
"Not the time!" I exclaimed.
"Alright, alright, keep your hair on, why is it such a problem?" He questioned, laughing a little.
"Because he was acting all... weird. And I barely know him, so why would he want to go for a drink with me?" I antagonised the situation anxiously.
"What do you mean weird?" He enquired.
"He put his hand on my leg when we were in the limousine, and I was like tapping his fingers and stuff." I explained, heat rising to my cheeks at the very thought of it.
"Wait, what?" He yelled down the phone, excitedly.
"Yeah, and he was looking at me all weirdly during the meeting." I told him.
"What, like, checking you out?" Jimmy asked.
"No, in a different way. Oh shit, it's half eight, I have to go get ready!" I exclaimed, a sudden realisation that I only had fifteen minutes to prepare myself for an evening with my extremely hot boss.
"Wait, David-" the voice interrupted, before the dialling tone sounded and I'd hang up.I styled my hair with holding spray, before stepping into black, ripped jeans and a loose, khaki green v-neck top. I pulled on my shoes at the same time as shaving my face, miraculously not cutting myself by accident. I praised myself for such skills and spritzed some aftershave on my neck and wrists. The weather was warm outside so there was no need for a jacket. I checked my appearance in the mirror - I looked okay, better than the days when I go to work. I need to start spending more time on my appearance.
As I stepped out the door and into the Audi R8 they had supplied me with, before the sudden realisation hit me. I'd been so overwhelmed by the fact that I was going for a drink with Simon, that I didn't even know where we were going or where we were meeting. Had he told me and I'd not listened?
I hesitated before pulling out my phone and selecting his contact to message. Should I add a kiss?
To: Simon
Hey, I don't remember the destination you said we were meeting at. Could you send me the address? Thanks. -davidFrom: Simon
Darling, you don't remember cause I never told you. My limo will be at your place in 5 minutes. See you then. XHeading back inside, I blushed at the way he addressed me. I hesitated for the second time on whether to add a kiss or not. I decided to add one and sent it.
