chapter nine

   The next day was sort of a blur for Josh, he went to school, Tyler wasn't there, got made fun of for sticking up for Tyler, Debby tried cheering him up and finally after school Josh dragged a bunch of homework. 

The same for Tyler, he just layed in bed all day and thought about Josh and music. But, tomorrow would be different. 

                   Josh's POV

After school I checked my phone I got a text and started curiously reading it

461-586-9902: hi, its Tyler, I was wondering if you were mad at me for kicking you out of my house, sorry about that

To my surprise it was Tyler,

Me: of course im not mad, I understand what you're going through and I forgive you

I texted him back and waited impatiently for him to reply.  I quickly changed his contact name. 

Tyler: ok good, see you at school tomorrow then

Me: sounds good

I was a little disappointed that he didn't want to have a full on conversation with me but I guess it was for the best because I had to do my homework.

After my homework I took my shower and went to bed.  I try to avoid my family as much as possible so I either wait until really late to go eat or I just don't eat at all. 

I fell asleep fast.  It almost felt like I only slept for a few seconds before my alarm went off, it read 6:00am. 

I turned it off and stretched. 

I was nervous about what everyone would say about me but I pushed that thought to the back of my head. 

I looked through my clothes and picked out a black jacket and black skinny jeans.  I went into the bathroom and brushed my haur and teeth. 

I decided I desperately needed change so after school I'm going to go get some hair dye.  I was thinking pink or blue. 

I got my bag and started walking to school. 

I started walking nervously, then I was waved over by Tyler. 

"Hey, Ty," I said and he nodded "thought you weren't going to make it," I said and he shrugged, very cutely may I add. 

I smiled like a mad man uncontrollably until we got to school.  I told Tyler about my hair and he said he'd come with me to help me pick out some dye. 

When we got to school we were instantly greeted with dirty looks.
