Chapter 9

Kate's POV

When I'm scared or frightened...I always try to calm myself down with some music and luckily I had my phone.....I take my phone out, open it, put the password and open it; Play music.
As soon as I tap on a song to play it, the ground suddenly started to shake,  I dropped , I dropped my fucking mobile. I couldn't believe it I just hard boiled my phone in lava. Damn my life..FML.

I was even more tensed now.
I was breathing even more heavily now!! I tried to calm myself. There was one song that was in my mind..
So I  sang it,
Back To December- Taylor Swift.

When I was singing I closed my eyes from the frightening sight.
When I opened my eyes I saw that the lava colour changed to Blue, cool blue at that.

I was very confused, why did the lava colour change.

Congrats!
You won the first level of the game.
Next Level would be harder.

I heard a voice announce that.

 "Huh? What do u mean by that? "

"Who is this?" I asked to this Unknown voice.

To win this game u must sing.
If u win
You can leave
But If u snooze
You loose....
Get the song wrong and
You shall stay here forever and die!
Or maybe a worse fate awaits you.
KATE!!

Huh? I-I'll die? N-no

"NOOOO I WILL NOT" I shouted to that eerie voice of the unknown. No reply.
Well I guess there is no other choice then to sing and win.

Let's see which song represents the colour Blue? Does blue here mean ice, like something cool or cold OR....like the feeling blue?
Well there's only one way to find out.

I have to sing both ways. First the feeling Blue, i.e.,  a very sad.
Which song can be very sad...oh! oh I know, I know... but I don't know if I know the lyrics very well....

Well here it goes....

That's all I remember from this song,  You Won't See Me Anymore by Abhisek Chaudhary. It's one of the saddest song I know.

I opened my eyes and all of a sudden the ground began to shake violently and the barrier broke even more than before...and now I was standing on toes at this point...I tried my best to relax...then tried to think of a very cool song, the only song I could've thought of was Let it go, as I wasn't sure if animation movie's songs counts or not so I decided to sing Demi Lovato's Let it go.

I sang that song to my fullest and saw that the barrier grow as I finished singing that song. And then slowly I stood on my whole foot instead of just my toes.

Ashlyn's POV

Everything that I feared came closer to me....now more than anything I just wanted to get out of here. In all of my shrugging the bandage came off. As I was too busy shrugging and struggling to my freedom. I don't know how but somehow I managed to get my foot out of that zombies hands. As soon as that happened, I ran, I ran very dog damn fast. I reached a point , I don't know where, but I was standing right beside a wall. I sat down and I couldn't believe my eyes, when I brought my hand close to me, my blood didn't go down it went up like it was scared to go down and touch that floor. I put my palm facing the ground and stood up, the next thing I saw left me speechless,  I didn't know how to talk at this point my blood became a sword, a blood sword.

I-I'm Mirai? Huh? How? What?!!
No way!! I can't possibly be Mirai, I never can be.

Suddenly I was blinded by light coming out of me, WHAT!!?? why am I dressed like Mirai?

Congrats
You are the very first person in ur whole group who knows whose power they behold.

Because u were the first one you get a bonus....
