Going Home. But Not Forever

"We have been trying forever!" I groan as I throw the book down in the table.

"Maybe we should to take a break?" Riley suggested

"I need to take out my anger on something" i said.

"What about karaoke?" Evie suggested

"that's a good idea. Lucas would take to a karaoke bar when I was angry" I said.

"Then is settled let's go!" Evie said and we left to the karaoke bar.

Once we arrived we sat down at a table and Ben ordered some fries for us. We ate the fries then Annabelle suggested a song.

"Have you heard the Wicked musical? The people here enjoy musicals" Annabelle said.

"Yes I've heard of Wicked" I said to Annabelle

"Well one of the songs in wicked is about not being able to save a lover" Annabelle said.

"Oh yeah. No Good Deed. That's a wonderful idea I'll sing that" I said and I got up stage, I picked the song and grabbed the microphone.

I sung passionately and thought about Lucas and how we could save him. I didn't sing the spell because that would've been weird also I might've actually cashed the spell.

What good is this chanting?
I don't even know what I'm reading!

I looked over to my friends and see them dancing and singing along with me I smiled at them. This was actually getting my anger out

The all smiled at me as I finished and I walked back over to my table. We walked back home and when we opened the door we saw Lucas sitting in the couch, he stood up and looked at the door when we walked in.

"Lucas!?" I said and I went to run to him but Mal and Jay pulled me back.

"M-Maya you need to get out of here" lucas said

"No I'm not leaving you again" I said.

"Maya they're going to get you. Run. I came here to save you. Maya run!" Lucas said.

"I'm done with running!" I said.

"Maya she will hurt you!" Lucas said,

"I don't care. Lucas all we've ever done is run. For one moment why can't we stay?" I asked.

"I have a plan.... It's dangerous though" Mal said.

"What is it?" Lucas asked.

"Well, if Maleficent is coming for Maya. We can trap her. I have a spell that can keep her locked up until the guards get here then we can finally be done with running" Mal said.

"I down for that" I said. Everyone agreed to the plan and we waited until Maleficent arrived. Once she did Mal placed a spell on her and for some reason Maleficent just couldn't move, the guards soon got here and took Maleficent to Auradon and locked her up forever.

"So can we go back home now?" I asked

"Isn't here your home?" Riley asked. She had hope in her eyes and a small smile on her face.

"It was. But not anymore. I can't stay here forever Riley my family is back in Auradon" I said.

"What about you Lucas a-are you staying?" Riley asked

"No. I have to go back home as well." Lucas said.

"Oh" Riley said.

"Don't worry. Something bad will probably happen in the next few months and we will come back to save you" Mal said and we laughed. We did a massive group hug.

Then me, Annabelle, Mal, Evie, Jay, Carlos, Luca and Ben all grabbed hands so me, Mal and Evie could teleport us home. But when we got home everything was trashed due to the Villains.
I didn't know how to react. How was I supposed to react? I didn't know....
