Maggie's POV

Noel and I are by the pool. The party sadly was a dud, so we went to his house. Our feet were in the water, we were side by side, arms twisted around each other. My head is on his shoulder. We are watching the night sky.

"Wanna dance? We never got to at the party." Noel asks.

"Yeah." I nod with a smile.

He gets up. He takes my hand, places it on his shoulder, and picks me up. I give out a little giggle. He carries me over into the grass. I gracefully fall out of his arms and into the grass.

"You ok?" He asks worriedly.

"Yeah I'm fine." I say, laughing a little.

"Good. I'll be right back." He runs into the garage where he parked his Jeep.

I lay my head down on the soft, cold grass.

"Back!" He says.

He held his phone in his hand.

"What song?" I ask, hopping up and trying to look over his phone.

"No no no! You'll see." He gave a little smirk.. I think I died a little.

He turned the volume up. One of my favorite slow songs played, Talking To The Moon by Bruno Mars. He put his hands around my waist and I put mine around his neck. We slowly start to sway side to side. Smiles slowly appear across our faces.

"I have something to tell you Maggie."

"What?" I ask.

"I like you, a lot. You are the reason I broke up with Vivian. You are a goddess compared to her, she's like a rat on a street corner."

"So Vivian was right when she said that I was the reason you broke up with her?"

"Yes." He shook his head.

"Well, I've got news for you."

"What?"

"I like you too." I blushed.

"Then I think this is the right time to ask you this,"

He got onto one knee and took my hands.

"Will you be my girlfriend?"

I shook my head, full of happiness and excitement. "Yes!"

He stood up and pressed his lips against mine. We slowly, still kissing, made our way down to the ground and sat there, kissing.

"You're an amazing kisser." He said wrapping his arms around my waist.

"Thanks." I smiled.

I sat on his lap and put my arms around his neck. We didn't stop kissing for 10 minutes straight unless we needed air.

"I probably need to go home." I said pushing away.

"You could stay here, your parents won't mind." He said, coming back for more.

"I can't." I said pushing him back. "They don't even know I went out of the house."

"Oh, well then, that makes you rebellious, I like rebellious."

"Then I'm the one." I laughed. "I need to go though."

"I'll drive you." He said, both of us standing up.

"Really? Thanks." I smiled.

"Yup, let's go."

We ran to the garage. I climbed into his Jeep as he started the Jeep. Within seconds, we were out of the garage. It took 15 minutes for us to get to my house.

"Thanks." I said opening my door.

"No problem." He grabbed my chin and turned my head to face him. He gave me a soft kiss.

"I'll text you tomorrow." I smiled.

"Good night beautiful."

"Night."

I ran up to my front door. I slowly pulled out the keys and unlocked the door. I opened it, closed it and locked it as quickly and quietly as I could. I tip-toes upstairs and into my room. I took my make-up wipes and wiped off all my make-up. I undressed and put my pajamas on. I slipped into bed. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I was out.

What a great way to end a week, I thought to myself. Getting a boyfriend, the guy you've liked for years.
