ANNIE'S POV
The text message is from Hayley.

H$-Annie! Pls answer quick.
A-Hey! What's wrong Hay?
H$-I need you to come over right now. I'll explain when you get here.
A-Okay I'm on my way!

I start to panic, and I quickly grab all of my stuff. Hayden sits up and gives me a look of confusion.

H-What's wrong? Where are you going?
A-We need to go to my parents' house NOW!
H-Why? What happened?
A-I have no idea. Something happened to Hayley though, and I'm getting worried.
H-Okay let's go!

We get to the house, and I bolt out of the car and into the house. Hayden follows but not nearly as fast. I race up to Hayley's room and push open the door.

A-I got here as fast as I could! What happened? You're making me so ner-What?

I'm nearly freaking out, and I notice that she's laying on her bed with a huge smile plastered across her face.

A-Why are you smiling?
H$-Close the door.
A-Okay. Now tell me!
H$-I got asked on a date!
A-...
H$-By a really cute boy!!!
A-Okay now don't get my wrong, I'm so happy for you and I'm bouncing off the walls on the inside, but you nearly gave me a heart attack. I thought something was wrong!
H$-Sorry hehe.
A-Anyway, when is this date?
H$-Friday night!
A-Okay, well call me if you need a stylist.
H$-I will.
A-Well I think Hayden and I are going to stay here for a bit since we came all this way just for a 5 minute conversation. Just find me if you need anything.
H$-Okay.

I walk downstairs, and I see Hayden sitting on the couch watching a football game.

A-Wow. Make yourself at home I guess...
H-Oh yeah I did. Anyway, is Hayley okay.
A-Oh she's more than okay. Me on the other hand, not at all. She nearly gave me an anxiety attack!
H-What happened?
A-She got asked on a date!
H-Ooh!
