ANNIE'S POV
I woke up to a phone call at 3am. It was an unfamiliar number, but I answered it anyway.
A-Hello?
O-Hi. Is this Annie LeBlanc?
A-Yes. May I ask who you are?
O-I work at the Los Angeles Medical Hospital (idk I just made that up). I'm calling for some urgent news about Hayley LeBlanc.
A-Oh my gosh. What happened?!
O-Hayley was stabbed by an unknown man in her hospital room. She is in surgery right now, but we aren't sure if she's going to make it.
When the lady said those words, my heart dropped down to my stomach. I froze up, and I wasn't able to move.
O-Are you there Miss?
A-Oh. Yes. I'll be there right away.
I dropped my phone and shook Hayden awake really hard.
H-Um are you okay?
A-No! We need to go to the hospital now! Hayley was stabbed!
Hayden's eyes practically popped out of his head. Without saying anything, we both grabbed shoes and sprinted to the car.
