*Fast forward 4 weeks*
HAYDEN'S POV
Over the past few weeks, I have taken Annie to every place in the scrapbook. Except one place. The beach. I saved it for last because it's our special place. I want to make today a special and relaxing day for her because she deserves it.
*1 hour later*
ANNIE'S POV
Today Hayden is taking me to the beach for a "special and relaxing day". I'm really excited because we haven't had a day to completely relax in a while. We got in the car and headed to the beach.
*40 minutes later*
H-I'm gonna go in the water for a little bit. Wanna come with me?
A-Uh I'll be there in a minute.
H-Okay.
I put my hair up into a bun since I didn't want to get it wet. When I turned to the water, Hayden was gone. I didn't see him anywhere. I ran to the water to see if I could find him, but I couldn't.
A-HAYDEN!
No answer. I ran around the beach and continued yelling his name. Then I saw tons of people surrounding something. I sprinted over to the crowd and pushed through everyone. That was when I saw him. He was laying on the shore lifeless with blood all over him.
