I was running until I had to stop. I stopped because of my stupidity. Not because of my mate, but because I had no idea of where to go. I was still in my pack territory, but I couldn't stay long. I was a rouge to them now, a law breaker. I also stopped because I had no food, clothes, or water. I was so caught up in the moment that I didn't graphic what I needed. I started walking, deciding not to turn into my wolf because then I would have no clothes. I thought about going back, but that would be foolish. What would I say? "oh hey guys, I know I'm now a rouge but can I grab some clothes and maybe my favorite stuffed bunny?" no, that would be ridiculous. So now I have to walk. I decided that I will travel yo the nearest human town that was only a few miles away. I wouldn't have to worry about crossing anyone's territory. The last thing I would want is to interfere with some power craved Alpha.

I was close. I could smell the humans from where I stood. Most werewolfs would be disgusted, wolfs hated humans. Humans were thought as vicious, dirty weaklings. I don't know why we think of them like that though, the last human we interacted with was more than three hundred years ago.

I was so caught up into my thoughts that I didn't notice the sound of laughter. Laughter, I haven't heard that sound in so long. I don't even remember the sound of my laugh. I was so intrigued just by that simple sound. I wanted to get closer, I wanted to hear more. I started to jog, then I was running until I came across a lake. It was a beautiful sight to see. The clear, crystal water, the rocks by the side, looking like a master price in the way they were placed. I also noticed a little pond by the other side of the lake. I could see tiny fish that were swimming so elegantly.

"Hey you!" I looked up to see two girls a blonde and a redhead, currently nude, but I couldn't see anything, I wasn't even trying to. They were covering themselves and glaring at me.

"You perve! who do you think you are?" The blonde said.

Perve. I had no idea what this meant. It was probably a human term.

"Are you even listening?" She spoke again.

"Yes I am sorry." I said

"Were you spying on us? You gross peeping tom!" the same blonde spoke.

Peeping Tom. I had no idea who this man was. They must be mistaken.

"Um no I was walking and I saw this lake. It is really beautiful.

They looked at me in disbelief, but I don't know why. I speak the truth.

Then the red head spoke. " You know, this guy is pretty weird.... You need a ride?"

And that is how I ended up in their pickup truck driving to a place they called RiverValley.
