*Flashback*
Sauna and I are currently twelve years old. Two years ago we found out our birthdays were only a few days apart. We were lying under our tree in the shade, staring at the clouds, then she spoke.
"Do you like me?" Sauna asked.
I stared at her. What was there not to like? she was beautiful, quiet and calm, but I didn't like her. I loved her. I noticed I haven't given her an answer so I spoke.
"Yes." I said.
She looked at me, and I could tell she was happy. She then took my hand in hers and whispered something I would never forget
"When we miss each other, we will look at the clouds and see each other's faces. That is our thing to remember each other by."
She squeezed my hand, and I did the same to her.
