Chapter 9

Chapter 9:

"Loki, come on. You wanna get out if here for awhile?" I asked him.

"What do you mean get out of here?" He asked.

"Go walk around or something."

"Okay."

I teleported us both out of the cell. We walked out and Loki grabbed my hand. I looked up at him and smiled.

We walked around for a little but when Steve stopped us. "What is he doing out?!" He asked.

"He has been really good and I thought he could come out." I said.

"He can't be trusted!" Steve said.

"But I can trust him! We are together now!"

"What?" Steve said shocked. "But... But..." He added.

"But what?" I said.

"Nothing. Never mind. We will talk later." Steve said and walked away.

We walked to my room and Fury stopped us before we could walk in. "What did I tell you?" He asked.

"Loki has been really good!" I said mad.

"We can't trust him!"

"But I can!" I yelled.

"You're right, Nick. You can't trust me." Loki said an hit Fury in the face.

"Loki!" I yelled.

"Thank you Phoenix. You helped me a lot." Loki said with a smirk.

"Really?! I trusted you when nobody else did! I said I love you when you said you loved me back! Why didn't I detect you were lying?" I yelled.

"That's because I wasn't." He said and put his hand on my cheek. I pushed it away. "You are going to be my queen. You are going to help me rule this world."

"No! I could never do that to my country. Especially not with you." I yelled and walked away. He grabbed my hand.

"No. You are not going anywhere. You're coming with me." Loki said and pulled me with him.

He took me on a plane and tied me up. Clint was driving. "Clint?" I yelled.

"He doesn't know it's you. He works for me now." Loki said.

"No!" I yelled.

After about an hour we landed. Loki dragged me along and threw me in this room with no windows. "You stay in here until after the war is over. Oh, and don't even think about using your powers. It won't work."

I started to cry. I cried myself to sleep. The door slammed open and it woke me up. "Lilly?" Someone asked.

"Phoenix actually." I said and sat up.

"What?" The voice said and it hit me. It was Steve.

"Steve?" I yelled.

"It's me! Where are you?" He called.

"Up against the wall. He has me chained!"

"Okay. I'm coming."

He ran towards me and pulled the chains to brake them. "There." He said and helped me up.

"Thank you." I said and hugged him. "What did you want to talk about?" I asked.

"I love you." He said and placed his lips to mine. I kissed back. I pulled back.

"This is craziness." I said.

"I know. But I do." He said.

"I don't know what to say."

"Don't say anything." He said and kissed me.
