About twelve hours after the phone call from Taylor, Dom's flight was touching down in New York City. Those twelve hours had been filled with lots of stress and anxiety as he worried about the girl he had become so incredibly fond of already.

While he had been hyperventilating at the park where he and some of the cast had been, Will had overheard and rushed over to see what was going on. Dom had separated from the group when the older actor had asked him to and Matt had followed his best friend, but now Will was involved too. The three of them had sat there and talked about the information that Taylor provided for Dom and tried to figure out if there was anything that they could do. The only conclusion that they could come to was that Tara needed him, so he should go visit her.

When he had gone to the producers of the show with the information of what was going on, they had decided to grant the cast a three day hiatus. That way, Dominic could go to New York to be there for Tara and everyone else got a small break before they went back to filming. So he had booked his flight and packed a quick bag, careful not to forget his passport, since he was flying in from Canada.

As he got off the plane with the rest of the passengers, he adjusted the sunglasses and hood so that no one would recognize him. A driver was waiting for him, one that Taylor had hired for him, so he went to the man holding a sign reading "Dumb Brit". The chuckle that had fallen from his mouth at the sight of the sign had surprised him, the knowledge that Taylor had probably picked that name because it's something that Tara often called him and wouldn't draw a lot of attention to him.

The ride to the hotel the girl was staying at was silent as he answered texts from all his groupchats, the cast asking how Tara was doing and her friends wondering about why she wasn't answering their texts. When they reached the hotel, he thanked the driver and climbed out, carrying only the duffel bag he had used as his luggage. No one paid much mind to him as he made this way through the fancy, expensive hotel. He was alone on the elevator, tapping his foot and watching as the numbers ticked by as it passed each floor. And then the doors were sliding open on the top floor, only two very large rooms on this level. He went to the door which read "princess suite", pausing for a moment to think that this was perfect room for the redhead, before knocking. He only had to wait a few moments before he heard someone moving around, then opening the door to reveal another man. A smile graced the older man's face, making Dom feel at ease with him almost immediately.

"Tara!" he called over his shoulder. "You've got a delivery."

"Hey, man," Dom said when Taylor turned back to him.

"Thank you," Taylor said, offering him a hand to shake. "For coming out here to see Tara. I'm so glad she has someone like you in her life."

"What is it?" a voice he had only heard through phone calls or FaceTimes said from not far away.

Then she was in his sight and she was a bit of a mess. Her hair was in a messy bun similar to the one the night she had FaceTimed him while panicking, and she was wearing what he assumed were Taylor's clothes. There was not a trace of makeup on her face and the bags underneath her eyes were obvious. But he didn't care. She looked up from her phone and paused when she saw the blond standing in the doorway. The phone dropped out of her hand, the text she had been typing to him abandoned, and then rushed forwards. Despite what the man had done to her, she wasn't afraid to run to the blond she had been talking to for a couple of months.

He dropped his bag when she tackled him into a hug, burying her face into his chest and clinging to him like she was drowning and he was the only thing that could save her. His arms automatically wrapped around her, his face nestling into her neck. Neither of them noticed when Taylor slipped out of their sight, giving them some privacy in the hotel room.
