"What did I say about finding me?"
In one hand a very pissed off teenager aimed a small pistol towards a pair of males, both of which could easily overpower her, and yet somehow both lifted their hands up in surrender and stood from her furnished living room. Her other hand held nothing, instead a tightened fist of fury as she stared down both men.
"Mickey, let's talk about this." The blonde said, voice casual like the brunette wasn't moments away from ending her life.
"I told you, we should have knocked on her front door." The black man besides him whispered angrily. "Steve, why are guns always being pointed at me when I'm with you?"
"Sam's right," Mickey's lips lifted into a smirk, hand still not dropping the gun. "What did I say was the only reason you could come here Stevie?"
"I'm not gonna repeat it," Steve deadpanned, answer laced with sarcasm despite the gun pointed at his head.
"Don't bring your ass near me unless you were packing a slightly confused, handicapped ex Hydra agent with you, prepared for marriage." Mickey mimicked her own words long ago, remembering word for word what she had said to him. "Did you think I was playing?"
"Bucky is like 35, you aren't even 18 yet."
"I'll freeze him again and wait until I'm age appropriate to marry your bestie, Steve, promise." She winked at the blonde.
"Am I not good enough?"
"Are you easily manipulated, and have the ass of a greed god, Sam?"
"I'd like to think not and—I'd have to check the mirror first but—"
"That's a no."
"Can we get back on topic?" Steve spoke an octave higher, cutting their banter short. It was quite a comical scene, both men towered over her and yet she had all the power in the world as she continued to point the gun at them leisurely while having a full blown argument over Bucky Barnes. Steve was beginning to feel embarrassed by the situation and starting to regret ever deciding to do this. He reminded himself quickly how vital the brunette was to their plan, how she was a key player in the weeks to come. "Mickey, could you put the gun down?"
The brunette thought about it, one eyebrow arched. The scene in front of her was quite comical though, Steve and Sam were still standing with their hands up and while the black man's expression was of contemplation the white man's was of pure annoyance which if anyone knows the Captain well he did not always carry that around.
"Sam, you can put your hands down," she muttered, wanting to continue to make Steve Rogers face turn a bright red.
She got her wish, watching as he fidgeted in irritation and watched as his friends didn't seem to fight it. "Sam? Why him?"
