*One week later*
Sasha stands on the bus next to Raja as they both count their students, "I'm one short." Raja panics.
"Present!" Shea pants as she rushes onto the bus pushing past the other students lingering legs in the isle, and slouches instantly when she sits next to Katya, "Yes you made it!" Katya exclaims before hugging Shea tightly, "You're shoulders are sharp they poked me!" Katya cries then laughs hysterically.
"Quiet down please." Sasha shushes the students before beginning her head count again her eyes lingering towards Shea every now and again. Shea just continues to slouch with her music in her ears turned to max ignoring everyone around her while reading her favorite book.
Sasha honestly didn't expect Shea to show up, "So she's your student now?"
Raja smiles, "Yeah I had to get her in my class I mean she's talented as hell."
Sasha's heart sinks then her eyes look back towards Shea before quickly turning around to face Raja again, "Wasn't she your student?" Raja asked with a look of suspicion.
"Yeah, but she missed too many classes, and I got on her case about it. I guess she couldn't handle the heat?" Sasha lies through her teeth as her eyes dart down to her folded hands.
"Well I'm glad to have her in my class." Raja smirks before facing the window that she's sitting next to.
"Yeah me too." Sasha whispers as her thoughts race a ninety miles an hour. Her eyes lingering across the isle at Shea every now and again then playing it off like she's looking over the students to make sure they're behaving themselves. Of course Shea could feel Sasha's eyes burning a hole through her soul, but she makes sure to keep her head down. She knows she'll lose it if they make any kind of eye contact. Sasha's heart breaks a little more each time she sees Shea's face. She misses Shea Sasha won't even admit it to herself that her heart broke the second Shea walked out her front door that terrible morning. She still hears Shea's breaking voice in her head over and over again. Sasha has been driving herself crazy she needs Shea just as much as the young girl needs her.
Sasha's eyes glance across the isle again looking at each student making her way towards Shae who was already looking at her. Shea blinks a couple of times before looking down at her phone again. Sasha's heart jumps when their eyes meet she wants nothing more than to stare at those chocolate brown eyes all day. When Shea looks back down she snaps back to reality sitting with her back pressed against her seat once again.

"Well your students are pretty talented." Sasha compliments Raja as they stand next to each other, and stare at the paintings their students worked hard all year to create holding a cup of water in each of their hands. Sasha analyzes each painting thoroughly trying her best to focus on what's in front of her pushing her thoughts about Shea to the back of her mind. Sasha sips her water before turning around the corner to find a familiar painting remembering it's the painting that Shea had dedicated to her. Sasha clicks her heels towards the towering canvas, and sips her water, "You like it?" Shea asks startling Sasha out of her trance. She turns around to a blank faced Shea. She can tell her walls are very high, "Uhm uh yeah I see you went with your gut." Sasha genuinely smiles. Shea just blinks before reaching to fold her hands in front of her.
"Shea come here!" Katya yells as she yanks Shea's arm across the room towards another painting. Shea keeps her eyes glued on Sasha's till she reaches the painting Katya was dying to show her.
