Izaak was sitting in a boathouse booth glancing at his physics book frustrated when Adam stormed up to him sitting opposite. Glancing up irritated he reached over to his drink taking a swig. "Yes?" Izaak asked with a growl.
"Jake is back." Adam growled.
"And your point it?" Izaak asked as Diana walked over to them flopping down next to Adam.
"My point is Cassie is going to do this crazy memory spell with Jake tonight." Adam informed the two. Diana and Izaak shared glances before turning to Adam.
"What does that mean?" Diana asked Adam.
"Jake was there the day of the fire that killed our parents." Adam shared with us looking around hoping no one heard. Izaak threw his pen down nodding.
"Right so what? You think he was so evil that as a little kid he created a fire and killed them? I don't see the problem." Izaak pointed out with a shrug.
"No, just listen. They want to put a spell on Cassie so she can access his memory like she did with Faye and Estelle." Adam explained further.
"So they'll be able to see our parents." Diana concluded.
"I don't see the problem you are pissed about." Izaak commented leaning back in his chair taking another sip of his drink.
"We can find out what really happened that day." Diana tried again.
"Yeah that's the idea but it's too risky, and Jake has her convinced that its fine." Adam shared his worries with Diana and Izaak as the two didn't gasp the situation fully.
"Cassie can take care of herself. Dark magic and all. Besides we all want to find out, don't act like you haven't wanted to know what really happened." Izaak convinced Adam who sighed in defeat.
"Izaak is right, just to see them and know the truth, everybody in the circle had their lives destroyed that day. We should all be there." Diana convinced Adam who still didn't trust Jake.
"Besides if you want to play boyfriend to Cassie you should have asked her out." Izaak teased lightening the mood and Diana looked down trying to hide her grin. She then peered over at Izaak's books.
"Physics?" Diana asked sceptically.
"We're trying to sort out our differences, at this point I might need a break up." Izaak shrugged.
