They have been best friends since kindergarten, they had always been close. They were always together as if they were inseparable. They had this unbreakable bond. Maybe it was nothing. Maybe they were just best friends, but maybe they were in love.
I woke up in a different way. I was breathing heavy and I was in a panic. I was having trouble breathing, I kept gasping. I was shaking, I couldn't stay still. It took me a minute before I realized where I was. I grabbed my chest as if all the air had just left my body because that's what it felt like.
"Kian?" I felt someone grab my shoulders. "Wake up!" They were whispering violently but I was too dizzy. Everything was blurry. "Babe." I seen Avery pull herself in front of me. "Breathe." She rubbed circles into my back as she held me close to her. "Are you okay?" I shook my head.
"I-I can't b-breathe-e. A-A-very, I-I, h-help me." She laid me back down gently.
"Don't move." She directed. "Focus with me, okay?" I nodded, slowly. "Find five things you can see." My eyes ran around the room.
"C-Chair, blanket, bed-d, y-you, tv." I took a deep breath.
"Good, now find four things you can touch." I swallowed harshly.
"Y-You-u, blanket, shirt, pillow." She nodded with a soft smile on her lips. She held my hand tightly as she rubbed circles into my chest with her other hand.
"Find three things you can hear." She directed me to breathe also.
"You, Tv, Computer." She nodded as did I. My stutter was going away. I could feel everything calming down.
"Find two things you can smell." I took another deep breath.
"You, " I searched for the other one. "Shoes." She half laughed as I smiled.
"Okay, last thing." I nodded. "Find one thing you can taste."
"You." She smiled as she gently kissed my lips.
"Are you better now?" She asked as she ran her fingers through my hair. I nodded. Thank you. "You were having an anxiety attack in your sleep. Those are mostly caused by nightmares. You just grounded yourself. It's very, very helpful. " I nodded. "I'm gonna go get you something to drink, and a cold wash cloth to lay on your head. That'll help. " she pulled the covers up further on me.

She let me sleep later then usual because of last night. That has never happened to me. I was so scared. I woke up expecting to be alone but she didn't leave my side. Thank you. "Good morning handsome." She said with a bright smile as I laid my head over in her lap. "How are you feeling?" She stuck her hand down the back of my shirt to rub my back.
"Better." I mumbled in a small voice. "Thank you for being there." I smiled up at her.
"I will always be here. " she smiled as she patted my back.
"Are you still wanting to go out?" I asked her. She smiled softly.
"Only if you want to." I nodded as her smile grew larger. "Where are we going?" She asked.
"That is a surprise." I smirked as she groaned. " Lets get up and get ready!" She smiled as did I. We pulled ourselves out of the bed quickly.

We pulled into the parking lot, I watched as her eyes lit up with excitement. She had the biggest smile on her face. She was almost jumping up and down in her seat. "Oh my gosh Kian!" She grabbed my arm before she leaned over and kissed my cheek. "I haven't been here since I was a kid!" Her smile never faded.
"Are you excited?" I asked as I pulled into a parking spot. "I don't think I've seen you this happy." I joked. "Are you ready?" I asked. She instantly pulled herself out of the car.
I pulled myself out. She was waiting behind the car for me. She was bouncing up and down with a giant smile on her face. "Hurry babe!" She exclaimed as she ran to my side. She grabbed my hands and pulled me along faster. "I've not been here in so long. I hope it's not changed. " she scanned her eyes over the castle.
"Have you ever been in the castle?" I asked as she crawled onto my back. She shook her head. "Why not? That is where a princess belongs!" She blushed as she looked at her converse.
"That castle is for the pretty princesses. " she said as she laid her head against my shoulder.
"So do they have a different castle for the beautiful princesses? Is that the castle you are in?" She giggled in pure innocence. "You are beautiful and my princess. I will build you a castle one day." She blushed as she buried her head into my shoulder.

I ran into very many fans, and I was afraid that it might bother Avery but she didn't seem bothered. She was just as happy as they were. She was friendly. She made jokes and made them all smile. "Kian!" This girl ran up to me. She had tears running down her face. "I am such a big fan. " she wrapped her arms around my waist. Avery smiled. "Can I please get a picture?" I nodded with a bright smile on my lips.
I wrapped one of my arms around her shoulder as she kept both arms around my waist. I laid my head over on hers. Her friends took very many pictures then she pulled away. "Thank you so much!" She smiled brightly. "Is that Avery?" She asked as she looked around my body. I nodded. "She's so pretty! Do you think I could get a picture with her too?" I motioned Avery to come closer.
"This beautiful lady would like a picture with you." She smiled as her eyes had this gorgeous sparkle in them.
"I'd love that!" Avery hugged her tightly. Her friends started snapping pictures as I smiled.
"Thank you!" She smiled at Avery. "Do you and Kian want a picture together? I could take it!" I looked at Avery and then at the fan.
"Thank you!" Avery handed the girl her phone. She snapped millions of pictures of us. "Oh my gosh! Thank you so much!" Avery hugged her again. "Have a good day sweetie!" The girl smiled.
"Thank you so much! You too!" Her and her friends walked off with bright smiles on their lips.
"I'm posting that one!" I grabbed her phone and sent it to myself.
"What are you doing?" She said as she tried to peek over my shoulder. "I wanna see what you're saying!" She whined.
"In a minute." I started typing faster. I scanned over it quickly before posting it.

"Here!" I handed her my phone. She read over it as her eyes sparkled.
"Oh my gosh!" She was blushing. "I love you so much!" She hugged me as I pressed my lips against her head.
