26: Stephanie Lim.

The days ended pretty fast yet the stress was starting to get unbearable. Nichkhun had a pile of projects that needed to be done, their first meeting for the theatrical play for Literature was coming and both basketball teams will have their last competition.

It's been pretty hectic for all.

Tiffany, on the other hand, had the same amount of pressure like him. But nevertheless, these didn't stop themselves from meeting each other. They'd go on study dates, mostly during Saturday afternoon, and if by luck, they'd have a stroll in Seoul when there's not much college work.

Everything is going smooth and just fine.

Well, maybe not today.

"So you mean to tell me that there's something going on between you and Tiffany but you two are not in a relationship?" Drake asked, he covered his face with a book while Nichkhun was besides him, reading. The two were currently at the library. "Do I need to explain it to you again?" Nichkhun asked, turning the page over and not taking a glance at his cousin.

That question became a habit of Drake after what happened in the bar a few weeks ago.

"No, I just find it weird. Usually, the girls that I like becomes my girlfriend right away but yours is likeーlet me guess, you're going to ask her after a decade, huh?" He asked, laughing at his own joke. Nichkhun hissed before saying, "You find it weird because none of your relationships lasted a year nor months. You weren't even serious with those girls, Drake." He snapped, smirking after.

"I was!" He argued but Nichkhun ignored him.

"I intend on making our relationship long so that's why we're going slow. And besides, we need more time to get to know each other." He added while reading the next paragraph on the book. "More time? Cousin, it's been three months since school started, three months since you fancied Tiffany andー"

"It hasn't been a month since I confessed to her." Nichkhun cut him off, revealing what needed to be kept as a secret. "Things would go pretty fast and everything would vanish if I hurry everything, y'know? Explains why your relationships never really worked on the first place." He added, closing the book before glaring at his cousin.

Geez. Tiffany told me that whenever Drake gets super drunk, he'd give out really deep advices and damn, I wish he was drunk right now.

"Why are we even talking about this? Don't you want me and Tiffany to have a long-lasting relationship?" He asked before letting out a frustrated grunt. "I didn't say anything about that." Drake snapped back, emphasizing the word anything.

After that, the two became quiet and spend a few minutes taking glances at the people nearby.

"Say," Drake was the first one who spoke after their sudden silence. "Where is she anyways? I haven't really seen her all day long." He said, making Nichkhun's stare fade away almost an instant. He was right. Nichkhun, too, hadn't seen Tiffany that much today since there were lots of paperworks that needed to be done.

In fact, he misses her.

As Nichkhun looked away, a gust of wind came running inside the library from the opened doors. Wind. He thought, looking at the wooden table. And then ching! he remembered a special place. "I know where she is." He said.
