Deep within the forest a cloaked boy ran away from home. He knew he wasn't supposed to be in this forest but he had to...he didn't have a choose. The trees up above shivered from his speed.

The crickets chirped loudly in concern and the bats flew away from the trees where they rested upon. I could then hear the paces with my sharpened hearing and stood on my mothers branch and balanced myself on the darkened trunk, trying to find out who was interrupting the night.

I then saw a flash of something silver and then I jumped from out of the leaves. I smelled a faint scent of smoke from the leaves that the entity raced upon. I've never smelled or saw or heard such a thing in my life...

The cloaked figure suddenly tripped and fell on a huge darkened root in the Stoney path and onto the cold stones. He was drained from his energy. He couldn't hardly get back up. But he knew that they were coming for him.

He slowly closed his eyes and he could no longer open them. He laid there. The moon shining against his pale face and closed eyes.

I raced towards his scent. This was dangerous! I thought. I shouldn't be following a creature with such force. It could be a-. I didn't want to remember but Curiosity seemed to lead me towards this powerful beast...

The scent was getting closer and closer and I could smell the smoke that seemed to arise from this creature. I then paused. I saw the moonlight that was falling from the great trees lighting up everything in its path.

I looked down to see a silver cloaked person. All of my instincts told me to run away from it. To never come back again but I felt one thing shining against the others. I then fell on my knees. My eyes glowed a deep red in sorrow.

I could see the blood stained against its cloak. The rips...the tears. Then I remembered my mothers soulless body. I could then feel my whole body shiver in both angry and grief. I knew that this was wrong but...I needed to help this person.

I came closer...and closer...and then I slowly turned the person around and saw the scars against his chest. he had the most palest skin I had ever seen with my own eyes. Who was this person?

I remembered what my mother had said in one of her stories, a creature with fine cold and white skin with the power to shift like a werewolf and who ran the speed of light. Was once a human to be then cursed by a demon...

But I couldn't remember the creatures name. But I knew he was injured badly. I needed to take him somewhere. Away from where the others could find him... but where?
