I woke up to the soft waves of the ocean. I looked across from me to see josh sitting on the beach staring at the waves. I got up and sat down beside him.

"I'm so sorry." He whispered. I could see tears in his eyes. "It's ok. You remember what we said, to protect our child with our lives? We will do that. No matter what." He hugged me and I did too. "I had a dream, Jamie. About an island. The island you talked about. I think I know where to go now."

"I did too." I whispered. "The one with the giant female raditor? With the golden spirals marked on its blue fur."

"No it was more like a warning for us to leave. The Whole entire kingdom was on fire and then-." I flinched and clinched my teeth. The memory of josh in chains made my whole body shake and almost put me into tears but I still continued. "You were bloody and scratches were all over you and you were chained. Standing right in front of you were five giant vampires with these red blazing eyes, I was so scared and then a voice showed up from out of nowhere telling me to go to star island."

"You were right Jamie." He said comforting me. "This is our last hope. Our last hope to have a family together and be free from this madness. We could finally live together, with our children on a beautiful island."

I looked up into his beautiful golden eyes and wiped the tears away and nodded. "Come on let's get packed up and then go there." He whispered.

We landed on the ground. My eyes were still closed. He slowly put me on the ground. I felt the wind flow through my hair. It was warm and soft and felt wonderful. I opened my eyes and saw josh in front of me staring down at me. in the distance the ocean was a beautiful blue, the most beautiful water I have ever seen in my life. "We're here." I whispered and tears fell from my eyes, this time happy ones. I looked below me to see the golden sand and the vines twisting through it. I turned around and saw a beautiful lush jungle. Colorful birds were winding through the air and flowers were everywhere. I smelled many prey that I could hunt and try, I heard many huge streams that I could wash upon and most of all I could have a true family here, in this lush island.

"It's perfect." I whispered. "Perfect to have our child."

"Now that you said that what should we name our child?" He Whispered.

"Joshua." I said smiling up at him. He laughed. "No I was thinking...you know, a name other than that."

"Ok maybe Eridase? Like paradise but spelled weird?"

"Maybe but if I could choose I would say Cosmos. I dig star names." He said.

"Hah! We are already for our future then."

"Well not exactly, I'm still thinking about building a comfy house for us and the family and then we will be ready for our planned future." He said with a wink.

"Let's get to work then!" I shouted excitedly and headed off into the jungle. As I walked through the deep jungle I heard the distant chirps of the small colorful birds and the cicadas droning loudly and the splashes of the deers and the capybaras in the distance. I came upon a clearing with a beautiful pond and giant rainbow dragonflies hovering back and forth above the pond and giant frogs hopping through one lily pad to the next. "Look." I whispered and crouched below the shrubbery. There in the pond I saw a huge long serpentine fish with glittering silver scales. "I see. That's amazing." He whispered crouching with me. "But I bet there's better prey to be hunted out here.

We ventured across the island, which was very huge and beautiful and filled with creatures that I thought have either gone extinct or were only in fairy tales like the tiny colorful dragons that flew with the colorful small birds. We came across a huge meadow with a small waterfall filled with colorful fish. "This is where we will build our house." I shook my head in agreement. There were probably much more beautiful places than this on star island but this was the perfect environment to build our house.

The seasons went by quickly but to us it was always the lovely summer that filled the jungle with its beautiful rays and sometimes it would rain and after it the jungle was as lush as ever. We hunted down prey easily to cook for dinner and hunted down huge fish and we were as fed and happy as ever.

One day josh made two rings out of the vines and the most colorful flowers in the jungle and put it on my finger. I put the other ring on his finger and we kissed each other.

A few days later after we got married we finished our little cottage in the forest. It had token us five months to build. Well, josh was teaching me how to build it and that was the reason why it toke so long.

I watched the huge stars and constellations fly by in the sky. "Cosmos." I whispered. "I still think Eridase is a good name." Said josh. "Well we still have four more months to decide." I Whispered and put my head softly on his shoulder and watched the stars.

Four months went by quickly and I was pregnant, very pregnant. I laid in bed feeling very ill. My insides felt like they were on fire. Every now and then I would throw up in a bucket that josh had made just for me. He also went hunting for food this time instead of me and bringing it back cooked and ready for me to eat. He always sat next to me. Holding me and comforting me. He was worried, of course he was, he had to be.

A werewolf had never had a child with a vampire...
