Em's POV

I sit on the floor in the plane next to Chloe and Kirstie.I will say,Kirstie is beautiful even if she is a zombie...wait,what?She's not interested in me.I think she's just interested in eating other people's brains.

Chloe plays on her phone and tries to show Mitch how to use an iPhone.He's getting the hang of it kinda.

I look at Kirstie and smile.She smiles back at me and points at my camera."What?Do you like to take pictures?"I ask and point to my camera.

She nods and takes my camera.She looks at all the buttons and switches looking baffled.

"Need help?"

Kirstie nods and gives me my camera back."This switch here turns it on and off."I point the the switch on the top.

She seemed to understand quickly.I showed her how to take pictures,how to get perfect lighting for photos,and so much more.

"Lovebirds."Chloe mocks.

"Shut up."I pull a smirk onto my face and stick my tongue out at her.She does the same back to me and goes back to playing on her phone.

"Say cheese."Kirstie groans and points the camera towards me.I smile and say,"Cheese!"

Kirstie takes a photo and shows me it.I smiled at how good she took the photo."You're good...for a zombie."I joke.Kirstie laughs a little bit and hugs me.

I put my arms around her and sigh in relief.I felt safe.Even though I am surrounded by five zombies.

"See?Exactly what I mean.Lovebirds!"Chloe yells.I throw a pillow laying around at her.

"Do you really want to get slapped?"I popped my knuckles as if I was ready to fight Chloe.

"Oh it's on."

"In your little dreams."I smirk.

She throws the pillow at me and I throw it back at her.

"Oh it's on now.This.Means.War."

We keep throwing the pillow at each other for a good ten to fifth teen minutes.

"I surrender!"I throw my hands up in the air and laugh nonstop."I knew you'd give up eventually."Chloe laughed and looked at Kirstie.

She mouthed to her,'She loves you.'

"I swear I will cut you if you don't shut up,Chloe."I yelled and sit down next to Kirstie.

Chloe found a blanket and covered herself up with it."Tired?"I smirk.

"Very tired.I'm also still trying to get used to living with zombies."

I laughed and kept looking at Kirstie.God she was so beautiful.I don't care if she was a zombie or not.Kirstie is amazing.

Maybe if there's ever a cure for the zombies,maybe I'll get the courage to ask her.

Mitch's POV

I slouch in a airplane seat while Chloe was fast asleep in another chair.

"Love her."Avi playfully shoved my and laughed."Shut...shut up."

"Make me."

I squint my eyes while Kevin sits there awkwardly.Em sits down next to Kirstie and tries her best to communicate with her.

I sigh and look at Chloe.She looks like she has been through a lot.Wait...she said her dad was dead.

Was that man I killed her dad?

Oh no...what have I done?
