"Yeah, I mean, I was his ex-girl."

"Yeah, that's it." She said. "You're nice, and that's why it's surprising."

As realization struck Yoona, she began to laugh.

"Oh, so you expected me to become like a bratty ex wanting him back? Is that so?"

"Uhm, well..."

"Don't worry! I'm not like that." She looked ahead, a serene look on her face. "I mean, sure, Moon Bin is nice, and who wouldn't want him to be their boyfriend? As much as I would like him back, I don't really think that's what I'm supposed to do."

All Yeonji could do was listen to the girl.

"I just don't think we're meant for each other. He deserves someone else, someone more careful, someone who'll look out for him. And that someone is you." She looked at her, a grin on her face.

"After all, you are his girlfriend, right? He probably saw that in you, too! A caring, beautiful girl who'll always be by his side. Someone who had everything I didn't."

"Yoona....." Yeonji mumbled.

"So you better not hurt him, okay? Always stay by his side, and support him. Oh, but if he does anything stupid, don't be afraid to tell him. He'll stop just for you!"

Yeonji felt herself smile as well.

"Yeah, I promise."
