Riley POV:

        I knew by the look on my alpha's face that I'd have to take on all my responsibilities as third in command. Training would be hell but at least I'd have something to distract me from theses butterflies inhabiting my stomach ever since I laid eyes on Markus. I can't describe how he makes me feel and it frustrates me. So, I have been down in the basement working out really hard doing my best to avoid to him which leads to him giving me weird looks.

        I scissor kicked the dummy then someone caught my leg before I could plant another kick. I recognized the scent as Markus. He dropped my leg then pulled me close to him.

        "Is there a reason you are avoiding me?"

        "Who said I was avoiding you?" I breathed.

        "No one has to say it, it's blatantly obvious," his voice was so husky and gave me chills.

        "I'm busy right now."

        "Why won't you just give me a chance?"

Demi POV:

        Flames burst out of my left hand while water flowed me out of my right hand. Connor and Derek cheered me on as the twins and Nattalia laughed.

        "Now try earth!!!" Derek hollered over the crackling of the flames and the rushing of the water.

        "Here it goes!!!!" I roared then started to think about raising the earth rather than the fire and water elements.

         It wasn't easy it never is and it usually ends with me passed out on the ground, but I was gaining more confidence every time I practiced. I felt the earth rumble.

        "Go DemDem!!!!!" Nattalia screamed and I smiled.

A Letter from Connor- Soon to be- Hale:

        To whom ever reads this letter,

        I started out as an average teenage girl that loved lacrosse. I was a star student and lacrosse/track prodigy, but then I met the love of my life, Derek Hale. Funny thing is, the first time I submerged myself in any romantic actions with him we had been arrested. I had been exposed, but I was not yet fully aware of what was going on in Beacon Hills. Kate Argent, a hunter had kidnapped me and infected me with wolfsbane while I was human. Peter Hale, Derek's uncle had kidnapped me to get me to help him cause chaos amongst my friends and family. He wanted Scott and Derek in his pack. He made me help him lure Lydia to the lacrosse field so that he could turn her, make her his plan B. I ran from what I had done and I ran from Derek because I felt he had betrayed me when he and Scott didn't show up at the winter formal to save me from Peter. During my two years of absence I met a man named Cameron Argent, the brother of Chris Aregent and Kate Argent, he was the one that taught me how to hunt. One of my tasks that I was assigned as the creator of werewolves was to rid the world of all the bad ones because my creations got carried away and forgot how to behave. Then there came Jackson the Kanima. I returned to Beacon Hills and so did the undeniable love and attraction I had to Derek freaking Hale. Before I could muster up the strength to leave him I found out I was pregnant with my first child, Nattalia and before I had given birth to her I fully mated with Derek and he turned me into a werewolf. Needless to say I immediately took on the abilities and responsibilities of an alpha. Then there was the darach and infidelity. Derek cheated on me with our enemy in disguise, Jennifer aka Julie aka darach. I moved out and found my emissary Cody who just so happens to be my soon to be sister- in- law, Cora's, mate. I started to build my pack by turning Riley then Demi and most recently, Markus. I turned Markus because I was worried; we had to deal with a nogitsune, an evil fire fox. Because of that ass we lost Allison Argent and Aiden. Of course this all happened when I was pregnant with twin boys. I gave birth while everyone else was in battle and I still feel guilty for it. I died that day and found out who I really am, well, kind of. When I came back to life I named my sons, Nash Vernon Archer and Nox Scott Derek Hale and I came back a brunette with these strange eyes.

        I became a mother, an alpha, and soon to be wife. My life has changed drastically and although I've been through Hell and back I wouldn't change my life for anything. I can only hope that life will get slightly less challenging but if it were completely easy life would be boring. I can sense serious change coming and I'm petrified, but for the sake of my family and pack I know I cannot show my fears. For the time being I will watch my kids grow, my pack grow and develop, plan a wedding, and strategically planning my next moves as alpha. I just hope Scott won't get in my way.
