chapter 21

Aaron's POV

Gee was finally here, I didn't want her to have to see her brother like this but it happened. She collapsed to the floor instantly after she saw him. I ran to her quickly and went to hug her but she pushed me off her. I didn't know why but I guess she knows about that girl I was texting because she had my phone in her hand. Shit. "Gee," Taylor said in a weak raspy voice trying to get Gee's attention. She got up and hesitantly walked over to her dying brother. "What happened? Why are you here? Like this? Did someone do something to you?" Gee questioned between sobs. "Gee, you know what happened to me when we was little and I was in hospital because of it?" I couldn't help but wonder what he was on about. We were sound and he told me everything but not this? Gee nodded and started crying again as Taylor grabbed her hand and started rubbing his thumb back and forth across the back of it, "Something or someone triggered that to happen again,"

Taylor's POV

",But don't worry--- I'm gonna be fine, *sigh* and you will be to Georgia." I couldn't stand her seeing me this way. And I also couldn't stand the fact I can lie to her through my teeth easily. I'm not going to be fine. I have about a week left to live because of this condition. I was taken to hospital because this thing got triggered when Gee was 4 by Nash's parents. The doctors told them that if this ever happened again I wouldn't live through it. I never told Georgia that though because I couldn't scare my baby sister like that.

"Excuse me? Can you guys please leave visit-" "No! I can't leave him! Please?!" Gee cut the nurse off when she was asking everyone to leave. She grabbed on to my arm and wouldn't let go. I loved her so much and I couldn't stand the thought of my last week with her being in 'visiting hours' at a fucking hospital. "Please miss, let her stay here with me for the night. She's my baby sister and we haven't  been separated really since she was born. Our parents are- They're gone." I finished off bluntly. "Fine. But only her. The rest of you will have to leave. You can come back in the morning." the nurse explained to the boys. "Okay, I love you Gee." Aaron said to Gee but she didn't even glance at him. Somethings wrong. I guess I'll ask when everyone's gone. 

Gee climbed into the bed with my and I lifted the covers for her to crawl under and I just sat and hugged her while I stroked her head. It was only 10:26PM so we sat up and talked for a bit about the random-est of memories we'd had growing up. We didn't need our parent's to have fun growing up as long as I had my baby sister I was happy. 

It was about 2:30 AM and I thought I heard faint snores so I looked down and Gee fell asleep in my arms. I kissed her forehead and told her I loved her, "Gee no matter what, I will always love you, and no one will ever hurt you. If you lose me Cameron and Nash will be your new older, overprotective brother's, but please don't ever forget me. No matter what you go through i'll always be with you, alive or- yeah. Goodnight baby sissy." I whispered even though she was sound asleep with my eye's starting to well up. 

I took my phone out and messaged Nash and Cam in the same group chat, "Guy's I aint gonna make it to the end of this week so please, when I go look after her, treat her like she's your own baby sister, if a lad try's to date her or hurts her, you beat the shit out of them. You gotta be just like me. You guy's know her more than anyone besides myself so you gotta do this for me. You guy's helped me bring her up even when you was having your own problems so [please do this for me. gn." 

Shortly after I was completely out. I was fast asleep.

Gee's POV

*BEEP*

"What! What the fuck is happening?! Taylor! No! Don't do this to me! Please Taylor! I need you! I can't do this by myself! I can't do this without you! Please don't leave me!" I screamed as I pressed the red button that got the nurses attention, it was 5:53 and I was being pushed out of my big brother's hospital room by a nurse as they hooked a load of machines up to him. The last thing I saw before the door closed was my older brother's lifeless body.
